This phone is great but comes with some odd default settings and changes. Need to take a screenshot? Swipe your palm over the screen? No power button, unless you program it? Text messages make no notification sound? Change 5 setting to get it to work?? Not very intuitive and this is my 3rd Samsung Note. However once it is setup, it is a great phone. Just not easy to get setup like you want.

I waited on getting another phone and then this gem finally dropped in price. It takes some getting used to as all of the buttons are on the left and you no longer have the notification light. The camera features are sweet too. I mean apple users are even jealous.

This was an upgrade from my S8. The screen is super sensitive which makes it much easier to use. The pen function is fun and useful! I like the streamlined look with fewer side buttons. It did seem strange that the earbuds plugged into the same port as the charging cord!

Holds charge for the full day, unlike the S7 it replaced. Comes with plastic screen protector. Smart switch worked good, except failed to transfer notification sounds. Verizon set sounds to their defaults. Contact phone numbers ALL show up as text options, even fax & land lines. Very frustrating to sort thru.

I like the Note models for the stylus. This one works as expected. Battery life, though, us disappointing, especially for gaming. Best Buy had the best price by far, shipping was very fast. Despite expected delays caused by the pandemic, i got it in 2 days. BB customer service very helpful.

Great phone so far, still trying to get used to it. GREAT BATTERY LIFE

I've only owned it a few months, but thus far, I can't find anything I don't like about it. I'm not tech savvy or have much time to learn fine details of electronics. This phone is ultra intuitive to use---couldn't be happier w/purchase.

I haven't had a Note since the 4, I went to just the plus series of the galaxies. Found this on a better deal so decided to go back. I'm blown away at the quality of audio this phone puts out its speakers. It almost gives a surround sound effect.

Like Gallaxy Note 10 but it does has its quirks. Battery life was good when first purchased but not even a year later I find it does not go through the day without being charged. Overall I am pleased with the phone. Its not to big or to small. Love the color.

I had lived with a cracked screen for 4 months and finally decided to upgrade. Easy to activate, synced all my data off my old phone. Taking a little bit to get used to the buttons being in a different location but so far so good.

The is an awesome photo. Absolutely love the Aura glow color.

Been a Samsung client for 10 years. Highly recommended in the past. I will never own another Samsung product. This phone has been a nightmare. Samsung contributes to that. I was blocked from the members app bc I had real concerns and it would hurt their reputation so I couldn't ask other note10 owners advice and solutions. 1. I cannot update my phone bc I will not allow Samsung to view cam, text & call logs. Thats req'd! 2. My phone would allow other people fingers to unlock my device. 3. S pen doesn't work. Half my screen is unresponsive to it. 4. Restore option doesn't work its automatic restore so I've hard reset 3 times now and lost everything all 3 times my backups sitting there it will not restore it. 5. Typing is a nightmare screen is not calibrated well, Gboard takes a little pain away it's better, I could type better on my Samsung instinct in 2008. 6. The phone is beautiful, probably the sexiest phone I've ever seen. 7. The bluetooth is unparralel. It has to be the best in the market, but lacks internal cell reception the service is worse everywhere compared to my other phones all on verizon. 8. Feature overload. It's got everything and then some. 9. Camera is great as long as it's a photo in the daylight. Video ability is worse than my iPhone 4s and it wasn't 4k. 10. It uses data without permission. Samsung is also viewing my camera without permission and my screen. Thanks for the notification at least. Over all this phone is sexy, its sleek, and it catches attention. The detail is stunning. Under the screen is a different story- Samsung refers to the men behind the curtain are working on it, the curtain is your screen and I don't like the intrusion of privacy nor the fact that I can't perform essential security updates bc I won't allow them their need to view my cam and read my messages. Samsung, shame on you - you got too greedy with the spotlight and continue to make phones overfeatured and under-engineered. And then try to hide the problems bc the next new device is soon to be released. 5g phone useless in 2019- fix your LTE reception capabilities before moving on to someonething new. What purpose does charging a friend's phone with mine serve other than publicity, it will not even stay on my console alone, and slides off my wireless charger. And its suppose to grapple another device and stay put? Haha good one Sam. Check yourself next time you have a board meeting about permissions, and after you check yourselves shift the focus to integrity. Otherwise your just a big name gathering all the sheep you can before bankruptcy that us sheep will also be funding. Shame on us I guess...

Its a good phone but i liked my Note 8 a lot better as far as function. Yes this camera is better but normal functions dont seem to be as smooth. Call quality was better on my Note 8 as well.

I purchased this phone because my 7s edge was moving slow and my son said it was out of date. So far so good. I haven't had any issues and its pretty much the same feel as my s7 edge.

I have been wanting the Galaxy Note 10 since they came out. I am really glad I was able to purchase it when I did. I think i got a great deal and cant wait to learn everything it has to offer.
