Always bought Samsung and this model does not disappoint! Only issue is had to replace the pen because I lost it so make sure it's always secured in slot. You do get a warning when pen is removed thou - menu to use pen displays so bebalert.

You can't beat the price by going to Best Buy over to a direct Verizon store. This was the first time I bought a phone outside of Verizon and couldn't be happier with the experience. I will be purchasing all of my devices from Best Buy from now on. The rep helped me moved all my data off my old device, made sure I had no issues and I even got to keep my old phone to sell myself, which allowed me to save even more than if I had traded it in for the Verizon deal. Cant say enough good things about this experience.

So far it has been great. I upgraded from a Moto Z force. As always fast and more powerful. This is only the second time I have not had a Motorola. I hope it does not end up like the first. First Samsung. Not sure I care for Bixby. We already have google assistant that I do not use.

Great smaller version of the note 10. Overpriced without all the trade ins and promotions

Coming from a pixel 3xl. Solid battery life, quick and responsive so far. screen looks great for a 1080 display. Don't like the lock button placement or the fact it doesnt come with a micro SD card slot. Still a very impressive device despite its short comings.

Got this for my wife as a Mother's Day gift. I upgraded her note 5. This is nice and simple to use. My wife was able to use this as soon as I finished setting it up with no problems. She's very happy with this phone. I would recommend this phone.

Pen helps me a lot. Much easier to text and navigate. Haven'y used the note feature yet, but should supplement my memory. Needs to have a case. Slipped out of my pocket 3 times the first date. Found a great case - no problem now. Battery life seems really good.

Great picture quality. I bought it for my husband. I’m an Apple user, but, this phone is making me think about it...... Transferring the data and apps from his old phone was easy using the Smart Switch app. I love the edge menu feature. It’s really nice.

It may be that im just used to phones with horrible batteries but this phone has the best battery of every phone I've ever had. I use it regularly throughout the day and the lowest I've gotten the battery so far is 20% and thats after roughly 14 hours.

I'm an artist so I draw with the incredibly accurate, pressure sensitive, palm rejecting stylus and it motivates me to draw anytime anywhere 10/10 phone; also has a great camera and storage

I went for the Note 10 because it was a smaller phone And I thought if the phone was smaller that I would not break The screen As easy as if it was a bigger phone. I feel though it is a downgrade In for a $150 more I could have gotten on the Options. It's a good phone and I can live with it.

My husband needed a new Samsung and I purchased this one for him to replace is Galaxy S7. He absolutely loves It. He hasn't had the time to research the features of the pen, but I know he will enjoy it as much as me when he does.

I'm coming from a note 5 which I loved. It takes some getting used to not having a home button with a fingerprint reader. This all screen version is well executed. Cons: the in screen fingerprint reader is unreliable, especially with any kind of screen protector. The camera is nice, the pen function is still solid. Nothing revolutionary here though

I like it. Not much changed from the S8+ I owned before, but the battery does last longer. I don't like that Samsung put the fingerprint scanner on the screen rather than on the back. It's not as reliable now. Otherwise, I like it

Been a Samsung Note owner there times over and this phone has met expectations along with the others. Only issue I have from my Note 8 is the lack of SD card for storage but there is more onboard storage so I guess it evens out

So So happy with this purchase!! Had a note 8... this somehow far surpasses it!! When catching Netflix.. the whole view is so much better.. just stands out.. clean and crisp. Very happy!! I think it's my favorite phone I've ever had..

I have enjoyed this phone. The pen is handy for taking notes and not having to dig around for paper and pen. Is still pretty fast after owning for a year and I have had no complaints. A few drops and no breaks, just a clear cover on the back.

This is my second Note (had Note 8 previously) and I'm a bug fan of the product line now. This one is great because the form factor is a bit smaller but the screen is the same size as my 8. I'd recommend.
