I got the note plus a few months after released and was very happy. look at this point there's really no major reason to upgrade so I will keep this phone prob until year half from now or longer. phones from 2 years ago are still decent today.

Overall similar to Note 8 & 9 in features. More memory is built in. Very fast. No 3.5 mm headphone jack anymore so must use the supplied headphones that are pre-wired to USB-C connector.

Responsive and Crisp Screen

The screen is sharp and can be set quiet bright. I have taken daytime and evening photos and find the photo quality to be excellent. The phone is comfortable, at least in my hand. The phone comes with a screen protector already in place. The charging port is USB-C.

Well there are a couple dislikes that held it back from a 5 star rating. First the lousy 60hz refresh rate screen! Samsung what are you thinking giving this phone all the goodies and gorgeous screen just to hold it back with a 60hz refresh rate. The next thing is the very slow responding fingerprint scanner. It takes forever to unlock. The last thing is it takes forever to auto connect to bluetooth when I get in my car around 30 seconds when every one of my other notes took on average around 8 to 10 seconds. If you can deal with these few cons then this phone is amazing.
