I was quite happy with my Note 5 and only decided to upgrade due to charging becoming more difficult. Although I am still working on getting comfortable with the nuances of the new phone, the main thing I am most disappointed in is the quality of the pictures. All the sales reps raved about the picture quality, but I honestly don't think the pictures look any better than the ones I took with my Note 5. I regret not waiting longer to upgrade since I think the price isn't justified.

I love the Note line and have been getting them since my first Note 2. But this Note has a very glitchy touchscreen and has been freezing up often. I plan to take it in to see if Best Buy can find out what the issue is. It also gives you notifications for every single thing on earth, I had to change many settings. I had a Note 5 before this one and the Note 10 has soooooo much more storage but it really is no faster than my old phone. That surprised me.

I thought this would be a great upgrade from the Note 8, but am not fully happy with it. The facial and fingerprint recognition are problematic compared to the Note 8 which worked well. Its a little slimmer and easier to hold, which is nice. It has a different power adapter with the same port for both the headphones and charging which I don't like. It charges quickly, but needs to be charged more often. Its a great phone, but due to its negatives vs the Note 8, I'm not sure its benefits were worth the cost of upgrading.

I ordered my phone through Best Buy instead of through Verizon mainly because it saved me a couple hundred dollars. It came very quickly and the set up was very well explained. It arrived in perfect condition in an unopened box. I've only had it a few weeks but so far the phone has been great and I'm slowly learning about all of the neat features that it offers.
