It's been 3 months since I started using the Note 10. I'm a Note Series Fan so I purchase all the note series phones and this year the look of the note series have changed again and its mindblowing. I would like to thank Best buy for shipping and delivering the product on the same day ( launch day).

This replaces my SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 8, Pixel 3XL, and I love the lighter, well formed, with effectively efficient graphics and myriad of features and functionality, I bought 2 notes, the 10 and 10 plus. BEST BUY does a wonderful job of explaining the benefits & customer services

I have had the phone for a week and I love it overall. It is super fast, 256gb memory!, 8gb RAM, beautiful display, the size is perfect, camera is great and night mode seems really good ( you do have to hold it steady when doing it so its hit or miss with little kids). The results are great when they keep still though. The S pen is really cool and works well. Who knows how much I will use it. DEX with office apps is a great option if you want to be able to work on the go. The only con I see is the in screen fingerprint reader. It is unreliable with dry winter skin. I made it work a lot better by waiting until end of day when my hands were very dry and re-registered my prints (this was a little more challenging than when not dry). I figured this would be more accurate. It helped tremendously. I use the face recognition most of the time anyway...it is super fast and has been 100% accurate since day 1. So having the fingerprint as another option and for bank apps and stuff like that is great. Another note is that you can turn the fingerprint to show up with the always on display. This also helps you put your digit in the right spot. I would have knocked a star off for the fingerprint reader but I think it is unfair to Samsung. Iphone users wilI overlook glaring problems like 64 GB starting memory, ludicrous prices (although they have gotten better), previous lack of wireless charging, poor battery life, etc and still give 5 stars and all thumbs up. People are much more critical of Samsung and android in general for some reason. What I know is that all devices have their pros and cons but Samsung flagship phones (not the cheaper ones as much) are every bit as good as an iphone and better in most regards so I think they deserve a little grace for small issues. Being on the bleeding edge of technology will never be without compromises. My advice for iphone users thinking of switching. Make sure to use Samsung smart switch app to transfer data. Much faster and way less room to lose stuff. Be patient and learn about the phone before you get frustrated. It is a big change but the open ecosystem and business functionality of Samsung phones combined with huge (256gb) storage is worth it. You will be surprised of what all you can do with an Android phone that you can't with Apple. Samsung watches are also great! Also, another note is that buying online with pickup at BestBuy is by far the best way to buy a new phone. Activate it when you have time to sit down and do it right. With a cable and Samsung Smart Switch. It took 1.5 hrs to do whole process including transferring about 80GB from S9...40GB were on SD card which is slower. This time included the transfer, 2 updates, and then getting my watch transferred, fingerprints and face registered, and getting samsung pay re-activated on new phone and watch. If something isnt working, check app store and app probably needs updated.

Love my phone. Does what I need it to do. Battery life is good too
