This is a great phone, Samsung really cleaned up some of the software issues that have plagued them in the past. Beautiful and functional.

Phone was not fully operational until 5 days after purchase due to programming in store. 2and trip to store, was reprogrammed by Samsung rep. Now it works. Verizon needs to credit charges incurred from bad programming.

Replaced our 2012 droids with the Galaxy Note 10. Amazing what tech has done in those years. I just wish they would have more covers in stock.

Its extremely early for me to tell but, I had a Moto play Z (that SUCKED)...I'm just happy my Snaps dont freeze and the phone doesn't shut off when I breathe in its direction....so in comparison THIS phone is awesome!

Love all of the pen features and the quick note option without having to open your phone. So many features I'm still learning them all!

I've been purchasing Samsung notes for a while now. They never seem to disappoint. I bought this phone for my wife and it's awesome.

I just got this but I was able to move all my information from my old phone without incident. Hope it lasts as long as my old s6.

Not a huge improvement to the Note9 that I replaced. Did get a great deal and Shawnee (sp) at the Menifee Best Buy is the best.

My wife is a Samsung Galaxy Note fan. And I really like the service from Best Buy. Best product at the best location!

Better battery quality, nice size to seize a hand, easy to change features. Upgrade process speed, good quality screen glass.

seemed to be a nice phone with excellent sound and visual. I would have rated it a 5 but screen cracked without noticeable trauma, watch for this weakness.

Only owned it for a couple weeks. Still learning some of the features. The stylus is not very precise so far. Volume is not as good as I was accustomed to with my motorola. Decent phone otherwise.

I'm able to do many things with this phone. From social media to health monitoring it has a camera with many options.

This is just what I wanted and it was close to the price point I wanted. I'm very happy with my phone.

I am so happy I came back to Samsung. The Note 10 is a great phone with to many things to mention why it's so great.

When this phone works correctly, it's great. When it doesn't, frustrating. I've only had the phone two weeks. The first week I had non issues. This week, plenty. The big and major issue is that the phone freezes up. It will freeze when texting. It will freeze when browsing on an app or website. It can be very annoying. I've been trying to chat with Best Buy on their app, but can't get through. I guess I'll have to go to the store and see if they can do an exchange. If they will and I have a better experience with a new one, I can amend my review.

I use the pen more than I thought I would as it is smoother than expected. My previous phone was an S8 and I do miss having the O2 sensor. Overall, another solid Samsung phone!
