Great resolution for playing games. But need to update the face recognition

Its really easy to use but the screen gets scratches out of nowhere

My only issue is the battery. Go for the Note+ instead.

I bought this after having a Note 4 for years and loving it. This Note 10 sucks. The screen wraps around the edge causing a line of glare reflection along both edges, blocking out part of the screen. But the worst part is the screen write function. It used to be you snapped a screen grab and could write on it full size. now they show you a reduced picture on the screen so they can put a frame around it and have some control functions visible at all times. You can't expand it to fill the screen. This is akin to buying a 65 inch screen tv only to have a 50 inch framed portion on it that actually shows the tv show so you can view the volume and channel number at all times. Friggin' moronic. I would have returned this, but silly me, I thought there must be a workaround, this can't be that stupid. By the time I got around to figuring it out it was too late to return. Now I'm stuck with this for the next two or three years. If someone knows of a workaround, I'll be glad to change my review, but since the Samsung boards are full of people complaining about this, I doubt it exists.

Bought this phone to upgrade from a dying iPhone 7. Should have kept the iPhone. I am locked out of the Note 10 and I mean locked out - I have NO access to phone calls messages, email, stock reports social media, banking everything, cannot get any meaningful assistance from BestBuy, Samsung or Verizon. Can I trade in on the new iPhone 11? Without losing my shirt! Think long and hard before purchasing this phone, it is loaded with security features to protect the owner from threats and their own data.

if it worked like it should would be 5 stars unfortunately it glitches every day wouldn't buy again

It consistently loses signal and I was told since they can't prove that i keep losing signal that there is nothing to fix. So im stuck with a phone I can't use. I use Google maps every day all day for work and it kept getting confused on which direction I was facing. My job kept canceling my hours because they would send me orders and since I kept losing signal the orders were not getting to me. I lost two days of pay because of this peace of Sh** phone.

I have had the Note 3 and the Note 8. Both I loved. This one sucks. It constantly drops connectivity. The screen ratio is off so it doesn't display correctly. I wish I would've stayed with my Note 8.

I've taken my note 10 in 3 times for service since I'm outside my 15 day return, and it's still quirking....unstable security...and several other glitches!

I've been buying the iphones since the iPhone 4 came out. I recently had just purchased the Galaxy note 10 and find it better than the iPhone's. There is so much more that you can do with the Galaxy unlike the iPhone. There are themes that you can change the screen completely, such as the icon color, view of the icon, the text background, & the color of the text bubble. If you are used to apple no worries you can change the screen to just like you had it. I love the stylus that comes with it, it's great to color & draw to release stress. It basically does everything an iphone does but the features are better. I actually got this phone specifically so people wouldn't bother me, that I could set an automatic response to tell them I'm studying. The iPhone doesn't have an app or a feature such as this, the only thing the iPhone has is a do not disturb in which they said you can use that to send automatic replies but it doesn't work. The camera is also great which has photoshop features as well. The only downfall is my hands are small & it's somewhat big that I need to hands & can't text with one even with the keyboard moved for one handed. I don't normally write reviews but I'm quite impressed with this phone. Samsung you forever have my business!

I upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy 8 plus which was a very good phone, the Note 10 plus blows it away with all of its features. The appears, speed, picture quality, and can't forget the S Pen. Best decision I made. Buying it from Best Buy gave me the low monthly payments I wanted.

I find Note 10 quality is cheap and easy to break. Also i have overheating issues.
