Normally I wouldn't ever review hardware poorly due software, but I've never been put into this position before. The original version of the Netflix app(Seriously. V 1.0.0) came preloaded on this phone. It can't be opened/updated/uninstalled. 50% of Netflix's utility for me is due phone usage. Netflix say it's Samsung Samsung say it's Netflix I'm the one stuck in the middle paying for things that don't work anymore. Aggravating and unacceptable. I would love for this to be a stellar review, but my patience has run dry. I regret this purchase, and will consider ending my long term patronizing of Samsung's phone tech.

After having my Note 10+ 5G phone for a year, it is very temperamental. The phone will open apps on its own. It will call people unexpectedly. The phone will also freeze and not allow me to continue with whatever I am doing unless I restart it or push the bottom left button and push it again and verify my credentials. This phone is a piece of junk!! Also, the edges crack easily, as it did on my Note 8...wish Samsung had a cover that protected the edges as they used to for previous versions of their Note phones. Also, the battery drains very quickly, when you have location services active for apps that require it.

Five months after I purchased the Samsung - Galaxy Note10+ 5G it stopped working. A warranty sign popped up saying low temperature so it will not allow me to charge. I looked this problem up online and was shocked to see how many people are having this same issue. Unless you have technical experience and can fix your own phone, I would recommend you purchase another problem. Extremely disappointing considering how much this device costs.

I switched from an iphone after 7 years to Note 10+ 5g. It got to a point where Apple simply wasn't innovative enough in their new phones. The new iphone (out next week) is basically going to look the same as the previous 2 models with a few minor tweaks, and Apple wants you to shell out $1000+ for it. No thanks. Thus, I decided to give Samsung a try and after a few days I am thrilled I made the choice. As far as the phone itself, the display is absolutely stunning. I absolutely love the infinity display. It is also super fast. While I am still getting used to Android, I must say this is the best phone I've gotten yet.

This phone in every single way is perfect! It is worth to buy.
