Also is very waterproof which takes a lot of worry off of my shoulders, and the pen is great for art. I had to get used to pulling down the screen to turn the phone off, rather than using the side buttons but it doesn’t take too long to adjust.

Had an awesome experience with the service and setting up everything. The best part was that it took less then a half hour from when I chose my phone till I walked out.

The speech recognition has been a nightmare. It has caused loads of frustration and judging from the searches I've done to try to remedy this problem, I'm not alone. I feel like I have to struggle through the Samsung settings to get to the app or functions I need to use. I have a Google Pixel 2XL and need to upgrade soon. I will be sticking with a Google Pixel phone. Although the Samsung seems to have some enticing features like the stylus and the camera, I much prefer the straight forward functionality of the Google Pixels. The price point of the Samsung is pretty high, too. I discovered that paying a lot for a phone doesn't give you the best experience.
