Galaxy note s20. Samsung has finally realized that normal people use cell phones. I went from the s7 to the note. Swapinto the 7 was painful and I lost a lot. With this addition of the smart switch app other than time there was no thinking or wondering if i got all from the s7.. Lets hope for another 2 plus years of use

ALWAYS A PAIN TO CHANGE PHONES, BUT NOW THAT ITS SET UP, I LOVE IT. IT WAS HARD TO FIND A MATCHING CASE FOR THE MINT GREEN. HAD TO ORDER FROM GREAT BRITAIN AND IT ARRIVED FASTER THAN MY PHONE

Nice upgrade from my Note 5, feels good, nice battery life

The phone had been good for 2 months so far. The 5g isn't that good only because my area does not have much of it available so the phone is constantly jumping back and forth from 4g to 5g. Wish it had expansion slot. Thats the only bummet.

Phone is fantastic! I miss the 3.5 I'm audio port, but can live forgot it. Inability to mount an external SD card is a false savings for Samsung. It's an attempt to force me to a higher price phone with a lot of features i don't need and only one I really want. Oh well, overall the phone is still great. If I collide, I'd give it a 4.75.

I had purchased one and my wife liked it. A few days later, I had bought her one. It has pluses and minuses but overall she like it. Still need to get use to it. I recommend downloading the Samsung SmartSwitch app and using it to copy contacts, data, photos, msgs etc. The app made it very simple to switch/upgrade phones.

So far I really like the phone, I had a Note 10 Plus and wanted an upgrade, the glasstic is ok, not super impressed there but for the price on a new 5g phone it is a good deal. Not sure why samsung cheaped out on the camera....

I had the note 9 and I am glad I upgraded to note 20. I didnt see reason to pay extra for ultra, glad I made that choice. User friendly and using Samsung switch app I was able to get exactly what I had in mins.

I bought this for my mother who only has had an older smart phone. She loves it just takes a little getting used to for her. Fast and easy transition of screens. Allows for lots of customization for which I have to do with her.

This is a great Android phone for mobile professionals. Has a lot of great features that allow you to get things done from anywhere. My favorite is the built-in integration with your phone app on Windows 10.

Great phone easy to use and really like the stylus pen for writing notes..Grand kids like it to. They are always wanting to leave me little notes to find later ...

Haven't activated it on 5g, but the phone itself is great. Only downside so far is the on-screen fingerprint sensor isn't as accurate as the previous versions rear fingerprint sensor (note 9, note 8, etc)

My previous phone was a Samsung S8 Edge so I was due an upgrade. I'm finding that I don't use the stylus, but this was the buy one, get one free deal. Not the S20. So far, I'm loving it! I recommend it!

Love the color. Wish I would of waited on the green one though. The phone was definitely a most needed upgrade. Sales person was patient

I can't begin to express how easy it is to use my new phone. I would say the only down side of getting a new phone is that. U have to remember all your passwords to your apps.

Clearer reception with not one I missed that or someone telling me I am garbled. This model did not have a slot for a memory card but with what it came with it's not needed.

The online purchase was seamless. Delivery was delayed, but I was notified of the delay via text. I'm still learning the new benefits of the phone bit I like it so far.

Awesome phone and definitely a great upgrade from a Note 8. I typically upgrade every other year so that it's worth it and Samsung hasn't disappointed me yet.
