The sales people are terrible, 2 1/2hrs. 2 purchase a phone that didn't work. Why you might say because your people don't know how. Than trip to best buy. Now they spent another 1 1/2 hrs then tell us it's a Verizon problem. Than 1hr on the phone with Verizon to find out it was not set up right by your people. Than a trip to Verizon to find out they even did the accounts wrong. I have 0 confidence in best buy plus 5 hours total and and three trips to best buy and Verizon. It is easier to purchase a new car. That's pretty sad. The same for the other phone.I have purchased about 25 phones this was the worst experience ever. Please fell free to contact me.

This is my 3rd note phone and it just keeps getting better and better. I've only been using it for a few days but so far I haven't found a problem with anything.

I expected better from the phone. I'm highly dissapointed that it doesn't have an SD card slot!

Great phone, decent size depends on your cover. Would give it a 5 but I was told all S20 series phones come with screen protector already installed. Of course not the Notes. Cost another $39.00 for covers. But it works good.

overall, great product. Also loved that we were able to pre-order. Awesome customer service and ver knowledgeable employees. This phone is definitely a keeper!

Great phone. A little harder to use vs. my Note 8; however, with that said I have not spent much time on it due to Christmas shopping! After the holidays I will delve in a little deeper but so far, I love it.

Great performance, great value. Crzy to be charged sales tax on price not paid. Excelent experience at store transferring from old phone.

Great phone that does everything I need. The stylus is a great feature especially the usability and the help with pictures! Overall impressed!

I upgraded from a Samsung edge 6 and I am loving my note. I am still trying to get acclimated but overall it is working well for me.

Works great just have to get used to the weird changes like the stylus pen on the other side and the volume buttons on the opposite side

I am still getting used to it but I love it so far . I have been looking forward to a new phone and this was the right price and options.

Changed from iPhone to this. Took some getting used to but I like all the extra things you can customize with these andriod phones.

I'm loving this phone! Just traded up from Note 8. Soooo happy! The only con would be not being able to expand memory.

My note 20 is the best after six years with the Note 4. The fast charging is great. I'm very happy with this phone over all.

I like the phone, still getting used to it. It is quite a bit larger than the S6 I previously owned. I hope that battery doesn't crap out on this model in 3 years so you are forced to upgrade.

Like my phone. Had to change some of the settings and no headphone jack, but they give you ear buds that plug into the usb-c.
