After hours on the phone with Verizon only to find out it doesn't actually support esim "yet"

At the pick up desk there was no offer to take the phone to the kiosk to set it up as has been done before. I had a problem with being able to get the phone to place calls or get on the internet and had to take it to the Verizon store which is a 7 minute drive instead of 50 minutes to Best Buy.

I can use it as a phone and for text messaging; the calendar and a few other basic apps work, but I cannot access my Verizon apps, my email, or most of the functions which require internet. I am seriously regretting my purchase.

The buttons are on one side and don't have a lot of choices for font changes. Speed is nice . Same size as note 8. Going to be returning asap

Me: Hi how long Do I need to wait in a car for my phone ? Staff: we have about 300 people waiting for curb side pick up, You are not the only one. Me: I'm just asking how long it will take.. that's all. Staff : You'll get your phone when it's your turn. (45min. later) staff walking toward my car Me: Wow is that my phone ? Staff : Do you see any other phone I am holding? This was just miserable customer servicing staff I've ever encountered. I would never buy from the best buy from the Union City again.

I have replaced it with iPhone, will NOT go back to Samsung in the future.
