I would give this no stars if I could. I read all the bad reviews and thought well you can't make everyone happy. I decided to get the Galaxy Note 20 despite all the warnings. I should of listened. I've had Samsung Galaxys since the S5 and have always been a die hard android user. The Note 20 is enough to make me want to switch to the IPhone. The first issue is there's no expandable memory at all. You get 128 GB which is enough if you barely use your phone but if you actually use it, be prepared to constantly delete things to make room. The battery doesn't last anywhere near what my S10 did. I could use my S10 for 1.5 - 2 days before I had to charge it. I've had the note for 3 days now and have had to charge it twice a day to keep it from dying. There is no headphone jack so if your wireless buds die oh well you're done listening to whatever. The camera is not as great as Samsung tries to make it out to be. I took a simple video and it came out grainy and glitchy like I was using a tracphone or something. The keyboard is way smaller than my S10 so even though I have small hands I constantly hit the wrong button. Trying to take a screenshot by using the buttons in the side is almost impossible and extremely frustrating. Half of the apps, like Netflix, won't work on this phone and no one seems to know how to make them work so if you get the Note 20 be prepared to give up half of your apps. I have never regretted buying a Samsung until I bought the Note 20. Its really disappointing as I had high hopes for this one. Instead I'll be returning it. Huge fail Samsung.
