Best phone I've ever used. The 120 hz screen is night and day difference if you're coming from anything lower. Everything moves like butter. Not sure if RAM management is good or if it's just the fact that it has so much ram. The screen real estate you get on this is terrific.

I love this phone! This really is the last great Samsung. I got this phone because of the expandable storage option, which I needed... This phone has all the features I have ever wanted in a phone and then some. I definitely reccomend this phone.

Great phone. I have used Note phones for several years. As a senior citizen, this phone allows me to keep notes and not have to rely on my memory. Good camera. Only negative is phone does not come with a manual to show the user various features. The features are available if you search online.

I recently upgraded my phone from a Note 5 to a Note 20 Ultra. I didn't think it was going to be a big deal, but it was. The Note 20 is just what I expected. I used the stylus in my Note 5 and the Note 20 is far more productive. And transferred all of the data and applications with little or no problems at all.

great looking device .i did wish it had a led light when you receive text messages ,overall i wouldnt pay full price for it coming from a note 9 which is still the best last note device it has everything in order but sometimes ,change is better i love the 6.9 screen of the note 20 i have big hands so its a breeze

Only bad thing is it took me 3 hrs to do software updates cause best buy didn't do it before it was sent out but this phone is just as superb as my note 9 and 10 plus. Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. I own or have owned every note phone except the 7 and they keep getting better. What I don't get though is why they downdraded it to 128gb from 256gb and 512gb? It's still plenty of room esp if you have an SD card like I have but Samsung seems to be slacking in this department. And there's no earbuds but that's OK cause I honestly did not like the distorted sound quality from the ones they used to dole out in the box. This phone has everything and more. Way more than an iPhone. I even have the iPhone 12 pro max and they never change. Same old boring stuff! Not that I dislike iphones but these Samsung gadgets have way more! Note though if you're coming from a note 10 plus and think this is too pricey which it def is wait till either the price goes down or till the next note comes out. I do love that it's an inch bigger. For ppl that dislike big phones this may not be for you. I can go on and on about all the features but I'm not here to write a 20 page book.

absolutely love this phone. I still haven't used all the features but this phone is AMAZING so far. My only complaint is the screen scratches easily. So just be sure to put a screen protector on it. The battery charges super quick and lasts a long time. Definitely worth the money

This is the best phone I've ever owned. After 1 year and 9 months it works as well as new and I haven't noticed any battery degradation, even though I fully charge the phone at least once daily and leave it plugged in all night.

I had a Pixel for the longest two years ever. Two years later and I still couldn't find a lot of things. I am so glad to be back to the Samsung family. The ease of use and familiarity were missed. The note has a lot of super cool features, love the pen. Can't wait to learn more tricks and tools!

Very fast, great display and features. Only drawback is the fingerprint sensor on the screen.
