Awesome phone, my best one so far, I like it when I find out something new every day for the price, a cheap pair of ear buds should have came with it, but I will take the fast charger. Easy setting up, and extremely fast shipping. Thanks

I have this phone for AT&T in White, and my Mom just purchased this in Mystic Bronze for Verizon. She purchased her own based on my reviews of the Galaxy Note20 Ultra. I love this phone. I have used the Note series in the past, and my most favorite thing was the S pen. This time, the S pen is great. So many features included with this one that older versions never had. I love the camera, beautiful large screen, and the phone is easy to use. All of the positive things noted, I wish Samsung would get a grip with their prices on their devices. The cost of this is too much, and I can't imagine even going to spend more and getting a Z Flip or even the Galaxy Fold 2. Prices for phones are ridiculous and Samsung has followed suit. Apple is now the same way, but I think it is time for Samsung to go down on prices. For what this offers, including RAM, the price could be much cheaper. This did not even include earbuds, or cleaning cloths. I recently had the LG V60 ThinQ. Hated it with a passion, but that thing had every inside part this does, and it had a cleaning cloth, and was about 400 less. Price is why I am giving this a 4 start rating. Everything else I love. I just think Samsung needs to get their head on right with prices.

Great phone! Since computers are rarely being touched, it's nice to use a fast phone for apps, gaming, etc. I don't think I could ever pay full price for one, but with all the deals around, you shouldn't have to wait long for a reasonable price.

We have a split family, half Apple and half Samsung. 2 just got the new Note 20 and love it. They are really enjoying the camera. My son said it is the best phone he has had so far. Definitely recommend if your a Samsung fan.

A lot of incremental improvements over Note 10 that create a great user experience. Best Note camera ever. Zoom function is great. Best Note period ever. My only complaintbis moving the buttons to the right side and moving s pen to left side.

Love this phone! Went from a note 8 to a note 20 and the noticeable upgrades were amazing. The camera and video quality was like watching it in real time. Looking forward to seeing what Samsung has to offer in the future!

Great phone. I am a simple person , I'm not on Facebook or Twitter. I use the phone for my work . I'm a contractor, it is holding up to abuses that I'm putting it thru. It works great for me with the pen to take notes on the job sites

The phone has not come in yet. I will be picking it up soon. But, I have had the Note 8 for years and love it. This new Galaxy Note20 Ultra has improved on the earlier Notes and is faster, does much more and is a very quality product.

Love my new phone. Purchase came with great discount and rewards to get Samsung ear buds free. Best Buy reps provided great service setting up & converting data from my old phone. Camera is outstanding!

I moved from a Note 9 to the Note 20 Ultra. Wow so much nicer. The battery life is about the same but now with a nicer screen 120hz refresh rate the stylus. It is a great phone. Not to mention 5G where it is available.

i have had Galaxy's since my first S-3, but never had a Note. I decided to try it and see how easy or useful the stylus is - while i am still on a learning curve, i think it was the right choice. The phone itself works great, never had a problem getting the fingerprint recognized (with a Zagg protector); phone a bit slippery but a good case fixed that. I miss the wired earphone (since i have countless ones stashed in every room, each car, the office, briefcase, etc.) but am learning to adopt to the wireless. PHone sounds great during calls, watching youtube videos, and the split screen makes work a lot easier.

It's been 2 years and the fone still performs as new, have used Samsung fones before as well but this one is the best... Didn't feel the need to upgrade yet

This phone is great! I love the size and color. The camera qualuty is good but the forewardbfacing camera does show all blemishes, so its more natural unlike some auto filters rhat my old Note used.

Great phone. It was an upgrade to my old Note 9. Bought it after having my Note 9 for two years. Has been working great even after a year of having. Works as great as when I got it.

I was expecting the camera to be...better...than what it was. The phone itself is great but the camera doesn't seem that good to me. It works pretty decently in the light but when it gets a little darker it can struggle. The rest of the phone is great though. 5G is awesome. Battery life seems decent right now.

So far so good with this phone. Have a little issue with fingerprint working with the screen protector, but that's the protector's fault. Battery lasts, which is top priority for me.

If you have low vision like I do this phone is great. The icons are big enough to see. I can see it in the sun, which is very important since I live in Florida, and the texting can be made large. And it's so fast. Wow!

I love this phone! Wifey is the best always coming thru with something new for me! My hands are giant so this is the right fit for me! I'm a Galaxy man no iPhone for me. His and hers as always!

I like the new Samsung Note20 Ultra but not sure I like starting up the screen. With this phone, you have to double tap the lower part of the screen where my old Samsung S9plus, you only had to press once on the bottom edge. I do like being able to use the pen to take pictures of my wife and myself.

The iPhone killer! I've been an iPhone user for years, I've had my share of Android devices but always returned for an iPhone. Apple hasn't been innovative in years, very subtle changes from the iPhone X to the now iPhone 12 lineups. This phone has a better display: 120Hz refresh, expandable memory, more RAM which makes it a multitasking powerhouse, some say the stylus and its features are a gimmick but it has its uses when you need it, i.e. signing documents. I run my entire Real Estate business from this device. This is a great phone for business, and casual usage.
