    I work for a competitor and buy my phones from Bestbuy. Their phone techs are awesome and setup the phone just like the old phone. All my icons and information is the way I like it. If I had one thing negative is the should have power port to charge the phone while doing the upgrades so it doesn't have to be set behind the counter to be charged.
