I use to be an apple guy.. but after I switched to note that changed. I owned the note 5 . the galaxy 8. then the note 9. all were great phones but this note is the best note and cell phone in general that I ever owned. I love this phone the note 20 Ultra and every day I find out something else to love about it. jt

Got the phone for my wife around Christmas time, everything was great till the camera lens cracked for no reason. Found out there is a known issue with this at Samsung and nothing is being done about it. Other then that it is truly an amazing powerhouse of a phone.

Great device. Kind of big for the pocket but great for watching movies and the camera is fantastic.

I've always liked the Galaxy Note series, even when big phones were trivialized by other manufacturers. This version did not disappoint. Sad this might be the last in the line. Just remember to get some good Bluetooth ear buds since it doesn't have an audio jack.

Samsung Note 20, the flagship line of Samsung phones and is exactly what you would expect, perfect! as large as the phone is, it is not that heavy and using it for various things (internet, calls, text, streaming ,mobile hot spot, etc) has been easy and pleasurable.

I like this one. I was coming from a note9 it has massive improvements like dex that you can send to your tv without a cable. You get a memory card slot which is still important to me. Plus a wall charger which is why i didn't get or want the Samsung Galaxy S21 line.

It's top if the line it's premium it's better then a iphone could ever be it has alot to offer it's strong but as an upgrade from my note 10 plus it was just getting a 5g phone and the fact that I got $800 trade in value and that's simply it

Was deciding between this phone, and new apple, was tough i liked new iphone pro max. But switching from android lg g8, had to go with this one, to some of my customization i had and use. I like it so far, best decesion, the only obe with expandable storage.

You get what you pay for. When you pay for this you get everything.....shy of an aux. But I bluetooth everything these days. Worth is to me but I do contracts so the price isn't so offensive to me, especially when samsung is taking half the price off with the right trade in.

I traded in my Note 9 for this new S20 Note Ultra! New phones used to be such a hassle to get reconfigured. It's a lot easier nowadays with Smart Switch! Will transferred all the stuff from my old phone to the new one for me since I was trading it in. Great customer service!

This is my first Note I like it very much, the weight is great the size is also good it is nice in my hand, the phone is really a good phone the cost is a bit much also I like the controls on one side the case on the Note20 Ultra 5G for a few dollars more is a better buy.

Wife has loved her phone more than any phone before

So simple (so far lol) to use n pretty easy to figure out stuff to. Beautiful display, clean n crisp, very responsive. Mostly all screen n I'm super feeling that bronze color or whatever it is. Missed it on the 10+, I got it on this one though finally so very happy.

I am still learning all the wonderful things this phone can do. I can have a split screen with the multiple applications open so it is easy to go back and forth. This phone has a "tips" section under settings that demonstrate and provide tips on what this phone can do.

Good quality pics, sometimes has trouble bluetoothing to car
