The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 arrived the next day. I was very pleased with the phone and the service that I received from Best Buy. I love the phone and only wish i would have purchased the 256 GB instead of the 128GB.

Excellent phone, great build quality. Nice feature set. Would be 5 star if they'd: 1) stop making the cheesy curved edge screens and just focus on high quality flat panels 2) Would be nice to have had the matte finish on black and white models too (these have glossy glass backs)... 3) Keep the price at no more than $1k (I mean come on, pricing is getting ridiculous)

So far so good. My Galaxy Note 8 cracked so I had to get this a week before the 21 came out. Apparently it's the only one that will hold a Sim card even out of the 21 series so I was glad to get it. Its pretty big though but works flawlessly.

I live this phone. The only thing I don’t love is where the finger print reader is. It sometimes takes several tries to get it to read my finger with a screen protector on. Other than that, I am very happy with this phone. Upgraded from a Note 9.

Excellent phone! Enough said. Its been over a year and the phone is still working phenomenally. I have little to no scratches (I haven't had any screen protectors) on my screen, which speaks to its durability.

The phone's screen is equipped with a better refresh rate, 120 hertz.

Not as good as the Samsung Note 10 but still enjoying it.

I'm just getting to know it, but it is a really nice phone. I upgraded from the Note 8, and before that the Note 4. The resolution is amazing, and it has a lot of great features I haven't had a chance to use yet, but I am very pleased with it so far.

Upgrade from iPhone 8 to 12 I like it nice camera really good

Best Samsung phone I've ever had. Went to Google pixel 2 XL from a Samsung it was okay, but the specs on this phone at the time blew Google's away. No problems thus far. Love the zoom on the camera.

The Note 20 Ultra is the best Samsung phone I have owned, the call quality is great, it is super fast when you are on the internet, I have not had any problems with it and look forward to learning everything I can do with it.

I love this Phone. Samsung has not disappointed me yet. I was skeptical though on whether or not to give up my Galaxy for the Note but I am glad I did. Great phone. I wish the lenses for the camera didn't stick out so much though.

Great pics. Little glitches in the software throughout the updates. Google needs to do better with the software. It was power cycling for a while and i had to do a full reset to get it to stop doing that since it seemed to be a software issue

Like the size and how well the pen stays in the phone. Only issue I have is with the finger print reader. Its not very accurate compared to other phones I have had. I have to try multiple times for it to read my finger correctly.

Still getting use to the phone but so far so good .

I had a wonderful experience. This phone is phenomenal; I've resorted to getting a mini tutorial from YouTube to acclimate myself to the phone. My sales representative, Hony, at the Gainesville, FL Best Buy store was exceptional!

I have had this phone almost a month and it is working very well. I have not had any problems with phone so far. I have used Samsung phones for many years have found them to be a high quality and very dependable phone.

Great phone best pictures ever zoom in no problems.
