Have had problems with multi tasking in this phone, not as good of cell service with it like it might be searching for the nonexistent 5G service in my area & camera issues. Changed screen sensitivity & still have to tap like 5 times sometimes when taking pictures to get it to work. Even trying to do other apps etc times when i must tap & tap to get a response. Missed some great pictures yesterday because of it. First phone (yes had to return one already) would get condensation on camera, blurriness issues that even the sales folks witnessed & camera pictures aren't as good as Note 8. Also, ease of use of camera much better on Note 8. Yesterday was typing a long post on FB & phone did something weird & everything I took an hour to write disappeared as I was in the middle of typing & before I could post, grr. I am very familiar with Note phones so not operator errors. Owned several & been very happy with all of them except this one. Instead of an upgrade I feel like I ended up with a very expensive downgrade! What a major & costly disappointment! Would not recommend this phone & first time in years I thought I should have bought an iphone!!!

Bad Buz Samsung Best Buy. My last phone.

My issue albeit not big.... i they took.away the headphone or earbud jack and changed it to having to using one that is a usb c connection. AND did not include the new fangled type c earbuds after dropping 1250.00 on a new phone. Well i guess i should be wireless. Shame on me. Its bullshot.. change the port and take away the earbuds. I am sure i have 2 or 3.of.those new type c earbuds laying around here somewhere. Google says call samsung and they aend 1 for free. Ok fair enough. I can live with that. Well..... nope not doing that. Sorry. So do what you need to. Return the phone. They blamed best buy for not telling the customers. He has been getting calls about this. Bad PR. Bad.. make.a change to the end and take.away the gear. Not happy. Wont do a thing. If i cant return... will be my last samsung. Time to explore iPhone... pixel...etc. these companies get too big for.their own britches. Maybe they will throw one in if you spend 3000.00.
