My first cracked phone!

I was waiting for my Note 20 Ultra phone cover to arrive. My Note 20 Ultra fell off its stand to a wooden floor within 2 feet caused a "glass" back of this phone cracked!.. I was so shocked and disappointed because I have never ever broke any of my Samsung phones before! I only purchased this phone for 6 days and it was already broken! This phone costs more than iPhone 12 Pro Max. It shouldn't be so fragile!! I should have bought a cheap phone, so I don't have to be so upset! I believe Samsung should have known about this issue and Samsung should at least give a clear cover in a box! I give one star rating due to a design and its durability per price of the phone not a performance.

Huge Disappointment!!!

Probably the best you will get for android, but as soon as I switched to this one, I started hearing echoing complaints from friends on the call. This happens when on video calls and the phone is on speaker. I returned one thinking it might be a defective piece and got a replacement, but the other one showed the same behavior. Eventually I returned the other one as well. Upon searching about the issue on internet I discovered many users have reported the issue to samsung with no help from them. This was a huge disappointment from Samsung. $1200 worth of phone and you cannot do the most basic thing as talking on phone!!!!! Other cool features won't matter after that.

Has a rattle

Went to take it back to change it and Verizon is saying i have to pay 1,000 dollars to have it replaced. Mind you I paid almost 500 dollars down! But suppose to be a brand new phone and it had loose parts inside?

So frustrating, I am very disappointed in the phone so far. The screen is unresponsive and basically I can't use it unless I have the stylus

Please Learn How to Port Phone Numbers

However, Best Buy messed up the porting process, so some of my messages were still going to my old phone. The Geek Squad was nice, but they didn't know how to fix it. I ended up having to change my number through Verizon.

Now I am stuck with a phone that does not send your texts most of the time. Unfortunately, I read about this issue online after it was too late. Many other people are complaining of this issue. It is the phone, not the carrier. Samsung needs to do better than this.

Also Samsung now has the worst customer service. This phone has had proximity sensor issue's when the phone is put to ear the screen does not lock, allowing the buttons to stay active- this either mutes, hangs up, or # sounds are sent to my clients. There is no longer a benefit to having Android as they have became the twin to Apple, very disappointing. I would not recommend or repurchase this Note 20 Ultra. I have owned this phone since November of '20.

Camera glass explosion

Very unhappy with customer service from both best buy personel,samsung, and Verizon. Clearly a defective device where consumers world wide have had the same experience yet no recall or service offered remedying the situation. Sad day for best buy in my eyes.

Disappointed in this phone

The WiFi goes in and out and it has nothing to do with my home internet service. I took it to Best Buy and they sent me to a UbreakIfix and they couldn't find the issue. Called Samsung and they have been no help.
