Customers are saying

Customers praise the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G 128GB's camera quality, battery life, and screen size. Many also appreciate the ease of use, S Pen functionality, and the phone's overall performance. Positive feedback also highlights the refresh rate and the advanced features. However, some customers find the price to be high and the lack of a headphone jack to be a drawback.

    One Update and Phone Sucks

Garbage/Paper Weight. Phone worked amazing for 7 months. In April 2021 an update was sent out. Phone immediately started dropping service constantly when switching back and forth between 5g and 4g. Verizon replaced the phone 3 times and all 3 did the same thing. Samsung takes no accountability and blames Verizon. Verizon isn't at fault because my step dad's Note 20 (non-ultra) has 5g with no issues and my wife's Iphone has 5g with no issues. Phone is currently on route via UPS back to Samsung to supposedly fix after 8 hours of customer service phone support. Worst service i've received ever.

I was sooo excited for this phone but I am so disappointed. I haven't even had it a month and somehow the back is already cracked (I have had it in a case 100% of the time) and haven't even dropped it. :( Now the s pen is not working. I am really sad that I have spent so much money on this phone
