The phone has a large screen. High quality picture. I like the writing feature with the stylus. Writes smoothly. Only issue I had so far was that two times already my phone froze and the screen picture started shaking.

I am very impressed with this phone after switching from my old iPhone X. Battery life is much better, the screen is gorgeous, and the camera is unmatched in any other phone. I doubt I would pay over $1000 for it though.

Wow!! Just Wow!! This phone is amazing!! It's so fast and actually keeps up with me while I multitask throughout the day. I love taking awesome night shots and recording cool videos. I highly recommend this phone.

This is a fantastic phone and very quick. The camera is fantastic, but is somewhat complicated to use. I switched from an Iphone to this and I really do like all the options that Android presents. I find myself not using the stylus as much as I thought, so I probably would opt for the S20+ if I did it again.

Bit pricey but still a great phone . I definitely prefer samsung smart phone over the whole iphone. Camera is good great storage capacity and seems pretty quick . Overall I think it definitely worth the test drive . another good phone for sure. The ultra was only one that would except SD card tho also

I got this for my wife. Seams to be really be happy with it love the camera and the battery life is really good despite all the negative comments I've seen on the internet about the battery going dead quickly.

Absolutely fabulous upgrade to my previous Note 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10+ phones. I am a big fan of the integrated pen, using it to take notes and control presentations remotely (although not much of that with COVID-19 and working from home). Appreciate the "slim" size considering the overall massiveness of the Note 20 Ultra. No problems so far in two months of use, and the 108MP camera and 50x zoom are clearly the main advantage for me over the Note 10+ The Best Buy trade-in on my Note 10+ and discounted debut price of the 20 Ultra made it a no-brainer upgrade for me.

Great phone . Had it almost 3 years now and still works like its right out of the box. Excellent storage space. Havent even filled it up half way.

Great phone! Large, but easy to hold. Easy to use new and different apps - and holds a charge very nicely. Galaxy Notes are wonderful, my last one was a 3 and I'm so happy to get the Note 20

Love this phone. Been upgrade from my old Note 8. The camera is amazing and runs super speed w 5g. Was pleasantly surprised it came preloaded with MS Office. Overall, I highly recommend this phone.

Haven't had a chance to try the 5G. Camera is fantastic! Battery lasts most of the day while listening to Tune-in over Bluetooth. When not listening, lasts more than a day of normal use. Happy I purchased.

I love it - replaced my Note 8 with this. As I expected, it's faster and just an overall a great replacement my old phone. I love the pen and the ability to increase memory with a micro card.

So far I'm loving this phone and the ease of use. The camera takes great pictures and I love that I can easily access Microsoft and do pretty much everything I could on a laptop or tablet.

I love it. I was nervous about the size of the phone but I got used to it and actually prefer the larger screen. The pen works pretty good very little lag almost unnoticeable to the average consumer. Only reason for not giving it 5 Stars is because it has randomly just restarts.

Fantastic phone, like the large screen and pen. Appears to be faster then my Samsung 10s plus I traded in. The sales rep really new the phone and took his time to help me understand the features.

Omg, I upgraded from a galaxy 10 plus and I love this thing. Love the size of the screen and using the stylus pen. So many better options on this. Its like I have a mini office in my pocket.

I love my new Samsung galaxy note 20. I had the note 9 which was great also. The main reason I got the Note is because of the stylus and that it's a little bigger than the galaxy s20.

I love my Note 20 Ultra it is the best phone I have owned so far. Very elegant looking in the new bronze color. I have got so many compliments on it. The specs are amazing I could see why it is so expensive. Best Buy help me bring the price down with promotions that were going on and Samsung definitely help me with a $200 credit which I was able to use to perchance the new Buds live since the new note does not have a headphone jack!! I can't wait for them to arrive. I was also able to use the remading credit to perchance a phone sanitizing system. With the pandemic this will come in handy. I will definitely be building my Samsung ecosystem as I go. THE YOU SAMSUNG!!!

This Note20 is something serious. Very strong and powerful phone for everything you need. Camera is amazing, super fast phone. Plus with 5G service make this phone so much more elite

The phone itself is amazing, the screen, the pictures, the video all are great. My only complaint is the elimination of the headphone port. Overall I'm super happy with the phone so far.
