The phone randomly alerts with 4 default Verizon "beeps" when no apps are open and no notification has been made. I spoke with Verizon and while courteous, was no help in fixing the issue. It is maddening, the alert happens with the sound off and while even in do not disturb mode.

Best galaxy so far external camera bump takes time getting used to

I love this phone now that I got one that works! My 1st one kept shutting off and restarting on me. If I would have received this phone 1st it would be a 5 stars but the customer service at best buy was outstanding and helped me get my second phone easily, you could tell there were issues.

Fast and Sleek. However, I do wish the battery lasted longer.

The gentleman that sold me the phone was great and very helpful....His name is Larry....I went back for help as to how to use my phone better...Larry was not there....and the 2 employees that were there could not help me...told me to go on Utube !!!! Really ????? Never again !

It's a nice phone. Everything that I've needed in a phone.. I've already had to take it to get repaired. When I got the phone everyone kept saying that I sounded muffled. Ended up having to replace microphone. Still having issues. Phone is only a week old.

Beware, this phone has an undiscovered "bug" - SMS/MMS picture messages received from iPhone users are distorted/pixelated. Also, you can not view videos while on a call (due to audio being shared by phone). Confirmed this with a Best Buy Geek Squad team member along with Samsung Rep. Unfortunately, due to agreements with mobile carrier, refund/exchange is not available after 14 days of purchase. This is one policy that disappointed me with BB as they are unwilling to be flexible (Elite Plus status makes zero difference) and didnt want to make a one time courtesy adjustment, despite the flaw with this phone. I also reached out to Samsung customer service / support but was disappointed with their lack of knowledge and ownership of this issue, stating this is because of Verizon (despite the Messenger app I used is Samsung and same issue even happens with Google Messenger app). In the future, I will purchase my phone directly from the carrier versus using Best Buy as they are not equipped to deal any reasonable exceptions since the rules are black and white to them. Also, I will definately not make the mistake of purchasing a Samsung device as it is a night and day learning curve from Apple and the UX is not intuitive and annoying in some respects. They didn't take the user experience in mind for the software and should have just left it with the Google pure Android OS versus their own poorly designed/coded interface. Best Buy - please do better, I am not expecting Bose level of consistent and great customer service but was not expecting my experience to be this bad.

The first one didn't work right with the pen I highly recommend the note 10 plus I missed that phone that's the one I had and I got this one it's not as good as the note 10

Everything about the phone is great except the screen glass is inferior and had a small chip in the glass out of the box. Would expect better for a 1300 dollar phone.

I like it, but the pen is nothing I will actually use, there are not many options for accessories for this, and the speed is definitely slower than any of my Galaxy "S" phones have been. I will go back to this next time.

So ive been a note user since the note 3 wish they would bring back the headphone jack but wont. Complaints are that the speaker isnt very loud and the ohones buttons are all on the right side

I had a Note 10 ultra. Should have stayed with that. Battery life is an issue. Microphone cuts in and out when on speaker. Doesn't like to connect to everything due to newer software.

The conversion to my Samsung Note 20 Ultra has been painful and very time consuming. The initial download went fairly well but the rest has not been a good experience.

No difference with Note 10 camera seems the same as well as the other amenities that it provides nothing really exciting to offer or new things to offer.

This device was cancelled twice prior to receiving the device while it was on pre-order. Total of 8 trips into the store to complete our purchase.
