T mobile didn't have any in stock, Best Buy had just a few left. I ordered this for pick up abd it was ready in less than an hour. I'm sure I'm going to stick with Samsung for life!

Missed having a note

After having an S8+ for the past few years I couldn't be happier. Also being someone who is trying to get in and out quickly the pickup was simple and activation through Sprint/T-Mobile was pretty simple.

Pay extra for expandable memory

You have to purchase the note20 ultra to be able to get the external memory. The lower model does not offer expandable memory. The day samsung doesn't offer expandable memory on the note lineup will be the day I am no longer a samsung consumer. So far phone is great. Note: Get a case that offers protection for the camera.
