My boyfriends iPhone 12 has a much better camera and video mode... and that disappoints me. This phone is basically a larger version of the galaxy 10+ I traded in. Shoulda just kept that phone and saved my money

I get 2.45Mbps data download and .06Mbps at my desk at work. I cant open/use apps or play/open videos. Its a $1200 paper weight. Sprint claims I should be having no issues in that area as the signal is very strong. Then did provide me with a new sims card , taking off the sprint network to the tmobile network. Didnt help. All my issues started when I purchased this phone. I have had a 3,5 and a note8 and have worked in the same location for 20 years. I have never had this issue till now.This phone also looses ALL connection at least 2 to 3 times a month. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!

I went to Sprint and changed my Sim card and thought it help, I didn't. Still have a hard time believing this is the best Samsung. Almost embarrassing that after 10 years of Android I'm considering go to I-Phone.

I went to put away my pen and the button popped off. Pen is stuck in the phone. Bummer. I really like the Note line and never had this happen before. Maybe just a bad pen.

Purchased this phone 3 months ago, purchased a protection plan from Geek Squad at Best Buy (I was told will cover everything, Including theft or loss of the phone). Last week Screen went black on me. Best Buy and Geek squad didn't cover anything. Geek Squad man told me they don't work with Galaxy. I ended up buying a refurbished phone for $ 199.00
