I just upgraded from Galaxy Note 4 to this note, it's more faster, I really feel it this fast with the 4gb ram. I loved the wireless charge, and even the battery now is smaller than note 4 but for me it's better than when I use the note 4, by the way I'm regular using the phone with almost no game.

I've owned all of the Galaxy Notes except #4, and this Note 5 is certainly the best yet. I wish they would've kept the IR blaster. Maybe it'll come back along with a micro SD slot and bigger battery in the S7 and Note 6. Terrific screen resolution and the Lollipop firmware rocks! Recommended.

This new generation Note is much easy to hold in hand now and its stunning screen is blowing me off. Also getting the 200$ giftcard is really a plus when buying a latest flagship with only trade-in an old smartphone. so far all things are going pretty good except the battery is a little small.

Upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. I have several Samsung products and they are NEVER a disappointment. I've had the phone for a week now and I still don't know what all it can do! I think that's my biggest issue and I guess it's old school - I want like a booklet that tells me all the cool things this phone can do instead of having to play with it. Because, lets be honest - a working mom of a toddler doesn't have time to "play ".

By far the best Samsung phone till date. The picture quality with camera is really great. It doesnt hangs also with some apps as it used to be with my Galaxy S4. Battery requires charging frequently as compared to iPhones, but Samusng is not very well known for its battery power.

The phn works beautifully! I moved up from a Note 3. I enjoy having a note being able to use my stylus when needed. The battery does well. I can chew up a battery with some games and using my phn alot. However, with the rapid charger I'm back up and on the go in no time at all.

My son did the research on this phone for me. He said that it would be easy for me to see and that the stylus would making texting easy. I am proud to say that I am pretty good with the phone. I did attend 2 free instructional sessions at the store which were very helpful.

This device has a great screen and the processor is extremely fast. The additional pen features are great, especially the use of the stylus while the screen is off.

Best phone I have ever had. so easy to use. Best Buy is the best . The camera is very clear and easy to use. Love the note, can write on the screen. Love this phone.

Samsung makes good phones and now the stepped it up with the premium build new note. The redesign has taken in the fact this is a big phone and trimmed in to hold it better as well as use it. Samsung put some serious thought into this phone in design and software. It shows though when using the phone. Intuitive design and focusing on what the phone can do is what Samsung did and they did it well.

The size of the phone is a great size. The camera seems to take clearer pictires.

Simply put, It's the best phone I've ever owned, period. Samsung has outdone themselves with the Note 5. I considered the S-6, but the Note 5 does more of what I need and I didn't notice that much of a difference except the note has a longer battery life.

Needs regular emojis. Great camera. I like the pen. Much better than iPhone

This is the best cell phone I have owned to date!! I like the S pen and the screen resolution is great. I also like that the battery does not get hot like the LG G4 I had previously. Only problem is I can't use the notes etc from my old S4.

The Note 5 is probably the most expensive phone on the market but it's great in almost every way. From fast charging to Samsung Pay, the phone has it all. The camera is amazing. If you can afford it, this is definitely the phone to get.

I got on my own contract and before I had a galaxy s5 even though this is a note. Their software has definitely improved. My battery life is alot better with this one. I love the phone. I have very few to no problems. My boyfriends was also bought at the same time and his has a few problems but mainly related to the gps app and facebook.. Otherwise a great phone!

I like this phone it is easy to use and it has a great camera.

A marked improvement from the Samsung galaxy S4. Colors are rich and the processor is very zippy. Just the right size and fits well in the hand as the back corners are curved. Get this thing. You will not be disappointed.

Best camera and fast internet, good battery life as well

This is the best phone to own whether your new to smart phones or have had previous others. Ease of operation and learning all facets of the phone, in no time you will be doing things you never thought you could do.
