Wonderful Phone

At the time Best Buy had a wonderful offer for trading in old phones and we jumped on it. She has always enjoyed the Note phones and she wanted another one. She's been happy with it. Does everything she needs it to do, especially streaming all her videos.

I thought I would be bummed out about the lack of SD card, and no removable battery. It actually doesn't matter, now that I've bought a fone with sufficient storage, Combine that with cloud storage, Bam! I'm particularly happy with Samsung Pay. It works where the others don't.

No expandable memory, still a great phone

I do however like the fact that you can put a call on speaker, and take a note with s-pen. No need for pen and paper anymore. Also, I had to watch alot of videos on YouTube about how to conserve battery. I think the biggest drains I found, are leaving wifi or Bluetooth on when not in use. Downloaded IFTTT to automate turning them on and off automatically.

Great phone!

After looking online for a lot of the options that the manual won't tell you, I was amazed at how much the phone actually did. Just make sure you get a case for it. The whole thing is so smooth, I realized that my nightstand wasn't as level as I thought. The phone kept sliding off!

It works sometimes and other times not. Even if I turn the phone off, sometimes will not fully charge. Charges fine when plugged in. Probably a software problem. Hope for a fix.
