I purchased a new Bluetooth at the same time I got this new phone. It took a couple of trips to the Samsung Rep but we got it figured out. The interior Bluetooth antenna was damaged. The store exchanged me a new phone and everything's fine.

My previous phone did not support HD Voice with AT&T and the Note 5 does. The coverage, data speeds, and call quality is far superior compared to anything I have ever experienced with any other carrier. Highly recommend phone and carrier.

I've used Iphones for years but the note 5 has me convinced I should have tried one earlier! It's versatile and easy to sync with my laptop. I would recommend this phone to anyone!

Best android I've come across so far. The stylus makes writing easy, also the screen size is a major plus. Decently priced as well

I updated my Note 2 to the Note 5. The phone still has a great familiarity but significant upgrades. My favorite feature is being able to take notes without unlocking anything. Pull the pen and take down a note. Very convenient.

I love how easy to use my new phone is, yet it still has the latest features, excellent camera, and a slot for the s pen! I am not very tech savy so that the fact my phone practically teaches me how to use it is awesome!

Samsung Galaxy Note 5...... Best on the Block right now, hands down! The features The Control etc etc etc... Do your research, it all depends if you want to be controlled or do you want to control the Galaxy..

Great phone and so much more. In fact, I use the phone feature much less than other functions. It is my knowledge base, camera, alarm clock, calculator, entertainment (games) and texting communication and so much more. Everything I use works well. I use the S Pen regularly and really like that function. However, it isn't easy to convert it to text. It is not intuitive and takes about 8 steps. Even the tech guy couldn't figure it out without research. It is very easy to accidentally switch the automatic rotate function of photos, and difficult to figure out how to get it back. Very easy to switch back once you know the trick. But not intuitive. All in all I love my phone and would highly recommend.

I like the Note 5 because of the amazing picture quality and the pen makes editing quick and easy! The Touch ID acts up some and it is almost impossible to find cases for it, but I would buy it again!

Have only had this phone a short time so I am still trying to figure out all the features. Camera takes better pics but there are some features I liked better on my old Samsung S3. Like the larger screen.

I confirm what every reputable review has found. This is way better than anything else, and certainly better than anything from Apple. My first phone with a pen, and I can't live without it already !
