    It took me 2 hours to figure out how to install the simcard. It is not installed the same as on the Note 4. Other than that and the fact that it didnt have the Smart Remote application, one of my favorites. I like it.

    Very good phone to upgrade to and with the Best Buy store points make it an even better deal. The Note5 is a wonderful phone.

    I moved from a lg g2 and I really enjoyed it, however I realize now that the samsung Note has everything I was missing!

    The biggest downfall is that it kept freezing ! The phone is very large and very sleek but the processor I assume just wasn't all that. I made a return on it

    Love it, everything positive about it, "except" When you pay FULL retail price for it, you still have to contact carrier to get it unlocked & you are still stuck with spam apps installed by the carrier.
