    I got this phone for my mom it was what she wanted and my dad has one and he loves it. She got hers and the pictures will send but you can only see half of the picture and her sound will randomly cut off and she had to have a hard reset done on it to get the sound back on. It could be just one bad one out of the batch.

    Everything gread except the bluetooth range isnot good.i called to samsung to let them fix it but they work toslow.and i am not happy with that phone.i belive samsung is the company but after i was purchase 2 note 5 phone make me not happy with that brand anymore specialy samsung service work very slow.
