I have this phone and got one for my kids mom. No real complaints

I have been locked out of this phone for at least 2 weeks. I returned to get technical support from store in which it was purchased. They couldn't unlock it. I am in process of returning it to Samsung. Will never purchase a Samsung phone again!

I have lots of trouble with this phone. Charging is difficult because it requires at least 12v to charge in a decent amount of time. the browser is extremely slow even with wifi. It also shuts itself off without warning when it is too busy.

I purchased this phone based on some features that weren't included with my iphone, however the battery life is poor. The phone will discharge in less than 15hrs on a full charge. Unfortunately, I'm going back to apple.

I've been in love with samsung Note phones however this one was cool but I do miss the memory card slot. Other than that phone works great.

Awesome phone! I can't keep my hands off it! Pictures and videos are great, sound quality perfect (especially the mp3 player), super fast and just an overall beautiful work of art.The s pen is the iceing on the cake...plus you get a free wireless charger and I got a $200 bestbuy gift card. The s6 edge+ is just a nice looking phone. It's different. And it's just my opinion :) Either or, your friends will be jealous.

The only issue I have is that the speaker in my phone sucks. You hear every other word and sounds like some is mumbling.

I'm an avid samsung consumer and so i am constantly bying new samsung products. I had the note 4 before i purchased this phone back in september and i have to say, it was a great choice. At first, I was hesitant on purchasing it because of the fact that they removed the ability to insert external sd cards. I decided to give it a try anyway and pushed through with it. I've found ways to manage it from using cloud services and streaming music from spotify and Pandora however i do have to say that i wish they kept that feature in. One of the biggest changes i noticed in the note 5 was the camera quality. When i still owned the note 4, I would constantly ask my friends to use their phones to take pictures. Whether it be a iPhone or an lg, i refused to use mine due to the camera quality. Now, I'm proud to say that not only do i enjoy my camera and its abilities but others ask me to use it. Even those with the iPhone 6 and up. As I am a freshman in college, i find myself in positions to where i'm forced to take quick notes and magically make a notebook and pen appear in my hands at the speed one would take to blink.That was not working out to well for me. However, the note taking feature is excellent and precise. The phone has a feature in which if the phone is in stand by mode and you eject the pen, the screen of the note 5 becomes an automatic Note pad. So the faster you can eject, the faster you can start scribbling.

I want to take this phone back because I can no longer share in Facebook to Messenger

It's an average phone nothing special. This is my 3rd one with software issues.

I hate this phone. It loses power very quickly. It makes noises I don't understand. I was promised instructions would be available on Saturdays in the store but when I went in, found they were cancelled. I wish I had stayed with my iPhone. Now I'm locked in until October, 2018.
