Phone is great. Buying experience was the worst ever. Spent 31/2 hrs in the store trying to buy this phone. There was a promotion going on that if you bought the galaxy note 5 you would get a 200 best buy gift card. We were told the day before that the promotion was good thru 9/4/15 we were there on Sat 28. came back on the 29th add bought the phone and were then told the promotion ended the day before and that there was an error with the promotion but that they would honor it. Its know oct 8 and still no gift card even after the manger telling me we would get it and just string me along. Not sure I will ever by from best buy again. hopefully someone from best buy will read this and fix it but I am doubtful.

I thought I would miss the micro sd, but i dot really, thanks to google photos and google drive. As everyone else i wish the battery life was better but I've never ran it dead without being able to top off if needed. The ability to fill out PDF forms easily was one reason i got this phone, but it can still be a pain sometimes if the forms are in read only format. Awesome Display, camera, and speaker. If you want features and you are productivity driven, this is your phone !

I like to have this one. This is my first note. Like the features. Good battery life of one full day of charge with decent use. Good camera and video.

This device is very diverse. I had a Note 3 and one I got used to the different features it is an excellent product

Bought as a gift for my husband. He likes the phone but not to happy about battery life compared to his galaxy he just upgraded from. Camera is amazing. Wanted Edge 6+ but no cases to protect phone.

Was not sure about galaxy 6 and note 5, happy for the right choice. It's expensive but better then the Galaxy

Very happy with my Samsung Note 5. Easy to learn and great battery life. Fast charges in an hour from zero!

This phone just like most Galaxy are great. The pictures are amazing. There many apps that work great. The down side of the phone is the battery life. I feel that Samsung can do better.

Got a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for myself and after seeing it the wife had to have one of her own. Love them!

This phone is way better than the note 2 I had. It really seems to keep a charge and is much more updated.

great phone . picture quality is very nice. just need to get use to it and how to work its many features.

Thank goodness I have a multitude of friends that are willing to guide me. Once I get used to this phone I am going to love it. I have much better service and the pictures are awesome.

Awesome phone! Works just as intended and the stylus and writing recognition is accurate and precise. Allows me to take notes by hand and they actually show up as if they came from a pen. Samsung keyboard is much better than the LG G3's keyboard where I found no need to install a new keyboard app. Only drawback is that only 20 alarms can be set at once with the clock application that comes with the phone and the edge of the screen is almost too sensitive where I consistently almost delete "The" from my autocorrect dictionary.

I have really enjoyed this phone, I had blackberries for years and am glad to have made the switch. It has been easy to learn how to use. The screen is a good size, clear and bright.

Love the big screen and the ability to write notes really quick. Like it better than my previous s5

Pen is great. I use it frequently for work. Great call quality and big screen is a nice crisp screen.
