My first smart phone and did not come with instructions so I had to come back to best buy a few times for instructions. I did not know that my Verizon contacts were in the cloud so had them transferred from my old phone resulting in a double list. There apparently is no way to automatically remove duplicates so you have to do it manually which is a pain. The camera is great, bud doesn't seem to have a zoom other than to manually enlarge the picture which doesn't hold when you send or attach it.. Overall I guess in a year when I am comfortable with this I will forget the problems.

This phone was very easy to transition to from my older "not so smart" phone. Photo quality is very good and battery life is reasonably long.

Great phone with excellent battery life (compared to note 4). Wished phone had an option for sd card but am still very happy with this phone!

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is a workhorse of a phone. This is probably the best cell phone I've ever owned it is fast stylish and efficient.

I found it easy to use. Some apps seem goofy from Google Play but otherwise the phone is great.

Perfect. Only issue is 32 gigs. 4k video chews that up fast. Returned and got 64 gig. Miss the white color as black only option in 64 gig.

Definitely the best of the Notes! This product is easy to use and works perfectly for my lifestyle. Screen write is my favorite feature

I love this phone! One of the best things about this phone is that it only takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to fully charge the battery!

Love my Samsung Note 5 phone. Camera takes great pictures and videos. Love the size of the phone. Would highly recommend this phone.

Great phone for any age. The large screen size is wonderful for viewing videos. The volume adjusts well for those with hearing aids.

If I am wanting to write something to save (contact for example) I just pull out the pen and i can use the screen like a white board.

Got this phone because I like to watch videos. Love this phone because I can use it to take notes and create and share documents.
