    This is the second Samsung Note I've had. Easy to operate, fantastic attributes, mostly love the ability to swipe letters into an app. Looking forward to the next upgrade but will be loving this one until then.

    Absolutely love the phone. . Within a month the stylus broke in half while in the port. . After speaking with customer service over 5 hours they wanted me to send them the phone and the stylus. . Would take 2 days to send it, 5-7 days to look at the phone and another 2 days to return it. . Their customer support people have no idea how to talk with their customers. . Great phone but hopefully you'll never have to deal with customer support.

    Could not see myself with a better equipped phone than the samsung note5. Really enjoy everything that the note5 has to offer. I really do take advantage of my fact that this phone has everything I need in my everyday email and files that I do need to send and receive. I believe I made a great decision in getting the note5.
