I love all the features, in particular the notes feature. Great product. The camera is of great quality and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone. I am enjoying learning all it has to offer.

This Samsung smart phone is just great. Terrific resolution and sound quality. The wifi connection length from the router is much better than previous smart phones I have owned. It has tons of capabilities available to use or great at simply making calls and getting on the internet. Expensive but a good purchase.

Nice and light phone. The phone works fast but just wish it was able to hold memory card.

A wonderful phone, but don't like the glass back, and the non ability of upgrading storage.

i had a Samsung Galaxy S3 for work , but I didn't like it. My personal phone was a HTC DNA, which I loved. When Best Buy offered $200 gift card to upgrade, I started researching the Samsung product line and landed on the Note 5. Great decision.

I upgraded from an S4 to the Note 5. I love this phone! The screen is so clear and easy to see. I received a pair of VR goggles free when I bought the phone. I highly recommend those too. It's not a phone, it's a entertainment experience.

Had a Note 3 & decided to upgrade because Best Buy was having a sweet sale on Black Friday. Employees were so helpful & got all the info from my Note 3 transferred to my new Note 5. Great phone & will be staying with the Note from now on.

I have had 3 good smart phones. The Note 5 is way better than the others! Easier to use and does so many things. Quicker and smoother. Goes to a full charge in an hour. Can't say enough.

I mean a phone is a phone. I often don't really see the difference in one form the next. I am not very technology smart so this is more of a review for the plain jane's of America. The phone runs smoothy. Had no problems. Is bigger than most phones so remember this when you stick it in your pocket.

My old phone (galaxy 4s) basically ran out of memory, so it would not take any updates. By 14 months, it was kaput. I got this galaxy note 5 in November 2015, and thus far, its been great. It is a BIG phone, a real "handful" which I like because I don't use a tablet. It has 32G, so should have plenty of memory. I like the stylus but to be honest, I don't use it that much, except for quick notes.

Good phone for what I need to do. Slightly smaller than my old phone which is fine.

So far the phone is great. Color on images is super. Have attended a Samsung class at BB and will attend more as it was helpful and the phone can do many things! Some of the more mundane tasks are actually intuitive and you can use some of your prior Galaxy knowledge to get started with the phone.

I love this phone, it's an upgrade from my old one and I just love the size because I can read the screen. It takes much better photos than my last one, and the overall feel is great!

I like the Note 5. I'm glad that I didn't get the Note 4. The only issues I have with the 5 is that i like being able to add my own memory and remove my battery. If i remove my battery, then you can track me. That option is now gone so, Samsung and Big Brother are always watching and monitoring. Also, my stylus broke within the first 30 days and I barely use it. Otherwise, it's a great phone.
