There is so much to almost love about this phone it is such a joy to own. You will have to charge the phone nightly. Luckily it is a fast charging phone. The size is great but it sometimes feels like the phone doesn't really take advantage of it.

I love this phone. I am used to very basic phones so I am having some trouble figuring things out, but I am happy with the Samsung phone. The cases on the market for the Galaxy Note 5 are not anywhere as nice, good looking or available in stores or online as those offered for iPhones.

I upgraded from the note 2. Very easy phone to work. I like the new features.

This phone is the best of the best. The screen is bright and the ability to use it straight out of the box makes it a must buy. Samsung can't get much better than this phone but they will must to the Note 5's chagrin.

I like this phone it's more than big enough and it has a beautiful stylist that started me drawing again. But it only comes with 32 gigabytes. For someone who text pictures a lot it's just not enough. And the sad thing it's non expandable.

My Galaxy Note 5 is a great phone.... I live this phone I am glad that I made the decision to purchase this phone. I had a Note 4 previously and I find do that the Note 5 is easier to hold in ur hand.... However I didn't not like the ideal of not being able to add SD card and do not agree with the built in battery. But overall I am enjoying my new Samsung Galaxy Note 5!!

I needed a phone that had a larger screen size than the regular Samsung. This fit the bill perfectly. All the regular Samsung features and now I can read it. Love it.

I would have to use a crow bar to pry her phone out of her hands. She uses it for everything from playing her online games to posting on social media. The large screen size mess it perfect for us in the over 50 crowd. Even the speaker quality is better than our old Samsung 3.

I was using a iphone 6+ before this and i can say i made the best decision ever this phone has it all great battery life and camera takes really great quality pictures!

I love this phone. Amazing camera and durability! Didn't think I wold use the s pen but it comes in handy. No complaints and I have had mine for awhile now.

So many features that i don't know where to start. Very fast in compared to my lg g3. The battery lasts a very long time especially impressed with the power save mode.

This phone was recommended to me because of the personal safety features. I do like and appreciate the personal safety features as well as the S Health app, but there are a LOT of disappointing things about the phone that make me wish I had stuck with Motorola phones. A HUGE disappointment is the battery life, or lack there of. These phones have an insanely short battery life. I thought something MUST be wrong w/ the phone so I went back to have it checked by the Samsung rep. Aside from rudely zipping through my phone and changing things at will without respect or consideration for me or my preferences, she stated there was nothing wrong w/ the phone and my settings were not the reason for the short battery performance. "It's just how these phones are" she said. Great, I bought a phone that doesn't make it through a normal day without having to be recharged 1/2 way through. She was quick to tell me which chargers were preferred and which ones get the most complaints. Imagine that. If you rely on your phone daily and use it frequently, go with a different phone! or be prepared to recharge once or twice each day to get through the day. It isn't just the S Note phones, it is Samsung S6 as well. I dislike that I can only enlarge photos in the Gallery and some apps, but not all. There are times I need to see close ups of photos or other items, such as news articles, etc, to make a determination as to their usefulness. Can't do it with THIS phone. Another HUGE disappointment is the way the phone does not work well with my vehicle. The ability to sync and stay connected w/ the vehicle seems to be limited. Making calls through the vehicle hasn't worked properly since I got the phone. The app still requires far more interaction w/ the phone than is legal in many states and is not very helpful in many cases. For about 30 hours the phone blipped out. Most features stopped functioning without reason. One minute they all worked, then they didn't. The touch screen, the ability to answer or make calls, everything went out. The phone was a brick. Then slowly different features began to work again. Now they all seem to work, but I find that I just don't trust it or feel it is truly unreliable. The Samsung rep swears there is nothing wrong with the phone, but . . . if this is 'normal' I would say go with a different brand phone. This one looks nice, but that isn't why you buy a phone, is it? Also, make sure you take the Samsung classes at a location where the Samsung reps are well trained and can actually answer questions rather than saying 'I'm not sure, I don't use that feature, we didn't get training on that yet, I'm with a different networks so my features are different' If you sit at a desk all day and can keep the phone plugged into a charger, only use your phone for emergencies and value being able to take good snapshots better than any other function on your phone, this one will work great for you. If you don't live at a desk and snapshots do not define your life, then go with a phone w/ a better battery life, the features YOU find most useful and a phone you are confident is reliable or won't blip out on you without warning for extended periods of time. I would change phones to something else in a heartbeat, but this phone wasn't cheap, so I feel like I'm stuck with it now.

IR remote, no real need. Sans SD card, no problem everything is streaming and internet anyway. plenty of space when you have it set up to auto upload to the cloud. Super fast, great display. I just love this phone. The pen is everything its supposed to be, click and all.

I had a note 2, and after several years it broke. I went down to best buy where their customer service is very helpful. I explained what I had and what I was looking for. The service rep told me about the note5. Needless to say I bought one and haven't had any regrets

This is an awesome phone. Well done Samsung! Great battery life too.

This is a great phone. I would prefer it had a slot for a mini sd card but I still love this phone. The spen functions are great. I am still learning the phone

Love the camera!! Pictures are clear and hardly ever blurred.

Got this phone the day it came out. It is hands down the best phone I've ever had. The display is ridiculously nice, the sound is amazing.. the battery does die a little faster than I'd like but it's not horrible. If you're looking for a new phone get this one.
