I found the sales experience at best buy to be the best phone purchase I've experienced. Jennifer was patient with me and explained my options very well. the phone is of course nicer than my note3. the improvements are many. I'd say the one I appreciate most is the double click of the home button to immediately open the camera for photo taking.

I am very satisfied with the note 5 after moving from an iphone 5. I use the Snote all the time, although it is quite glitchy. The one thing that needs significant improvemt is the S voice. It only works some of the time and that is very disappointing.

I love the screen size, not too big not too small. Didn't want to wait for the note7 , I don't like the "edge" screen. Apps work fast, no complaints!

I am not using the S Pen as much as I thought, I really need to demolish the learning curve of this phone. It's my first Samsung. I love the size of the screen, the materials used, and I think it is easy to type on.

I was torn between the Note 5 & the new 6. I decided on the Note 5 after a few friends that have the 3 & 4 said i should try it. So far i love everything about it. I am still learning all that it can do, bit so far it is very user friendly. I am a happy camper thus far.

My girlfriend has a Note 3 and loves it. I always gave her grief because of the size of her screen was too big to fit in her pocket. After using the new Galaxy Note 5 myself for just one day there is only one conclusion I can reach. Get bigger pockets!!

Huge screen, bright vivid picture, phone is heavy though.

Only downfall there is no SD card slot or removable battery

I've only had this phone for just over a month and I'm still learning all about it. I don't play games, stream, or do lots of other things with this phone besides make/take calls, occasionally take a photo, or check Facebook. So far I'm pleased with this phone.

I purchased the phone for my teenage son. He uses it frequently. The feedback he has provided so far is he loves it.. It has been 1 month so far. The battery life alone is great. It lasts all day even with his Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. He has a friend that has the 1Phone 5 and his battery dies within a couple of hours (and it was a new phone too). We were able to get the older model for a cheaper price, and to me it is a little big, but my son has no issues with the phone fitting in his pocket. He have a good case for it as well.

I love this phone pictures are great. I recommend it.
