Went from note 4 to the note 5 and what a difference

You will love the pen!!! The size is not bad either.

I had a Note 4, and updating to this phone was a no-brainer. The images are great and the stylus is easy to use; and functionality great.

Needed new phone, best buy was running a special on this phone. Works well and the pen adds flavor to sending mail or writing on pics to send. Only complaint is phone doesn't charge on the wireless pad because of software issues. Hope it is fixed soon.

Didn't know that the phone didn't have an SD card.

Phone is fast and stable with a great camera, stylus and all usual pros and cons of Android.

I AM 70YRS OLD AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING A iPhone. I FIND MY NOTE5 EASY TO USE AND IT TAKES GREAT PICTURES. I WISH IT WOULD CHARGE A LITTLE FASTER IN MY CAR BUT ALL IN ALL I LIKE MY PHONE.

Very user friendly with features that help and don't just take up space.

I went to my local BestBuy to look at getting the Samsung Note5..I told the sales rep i had 20 Minutes to Purchase the phone because my wife was waiting in car..So he said it can be done and it was..Very Happy shopping at BestBuys

Best Note so far. I was skeptical at first about the loss of the sd slot and removable battery but trust me you can learn to live without them. The specs are beastly and the dumbed down touch wiz is perfect. Note 5 is the way to go.

Perhaps it was rushed, perhaps it is android 5.1.1, but lots of stutter switching between apps and turningthe screen back on. Samsung has been taking what has made the note and galaxy series great out of the product. Last cycle it was water and dust resistance. For the note, pulled the ir blaster out. Overall, just an annoyance, I mean, we really don't need an ir blaster, but it's a nice touch to stand out from theach crowd.we don't need an iP rating on our devices. Scratch that, yes we do. We want a Samsung device, not an iPhone wanna be and this device is praying to the heavens to be an Iphone. Next gen, please get rid of the glass back and give me back SD and a removable battery. Fix the wireless charging. It messes up battery stats. I used it to begin with, and the phone would last half a day. Wiped stats and used wall charger, I last a little over a day.

I've had 2 lines from VZ since 2010. Ive bought all 6 phones from Best Buy. Last four were Samsungs. Never had any issues. My current is a note 5 i got for $50. The best phones out there and i highly recomend them from Best Buy.

Love the larger device. Not sure if I did not use the camera properly, but the photos at night did not come out the same, i.e. not as crystal clear, as my Samsung S4. Can't wait to take a class and learn to use the stylus pen.

Best quality I have seen in a phone yet. Great feeling in the hand. Screen is top notch and camera to write home about. I haven't taken a bad picture yet. It all runs smooth haven't had lag that I used to see in other samsungs.

I switched from an iPhone to Samsung. One of the best decisions I have made. It didn't take me long to learn the many options available. When I look at my iPhone I wonder how I used such a small phone and actually liked it.

Upgraded from Note 2. So happy everything transferred so easily. Runs great, looks beautiful and so happy with the quick charge!

Love the phone and features but the battery goes pretty fast when used heavily (which is the only way I do use it). Going to try the wireless charging pad to see how fast it recharges but so far the battery life is a big issue for me. I'm on the go and can't have my phone plugged in for half the day.

The phone is great, but the sales representative screwed our billing and I was getting double charged for everything. Be cautious of what they do, because it could end up being way more expensive than it needs to be.
