I upgraded from a Note II to a Note 5 and am very happy with all the features. I love the quick access to the camera and Notes.

I was using iPhone 6 and thought of giving a try for Samsung. The product looks good, easy setup, good sensitive - but for some reason I didnt like Android compared to iOS with my few weeks of usage. I think I will start liking it once I get used to it. But, the phone as a product us excellent.

Only thing I did not like is that when my contacts were loaded from my old phone I got 2, 3 and 4 copies of the same contact. It took 2 visits to the Verizon store to get the duplicate contacts eliminated for good.

I'm a Samsung diehard and I was happy to get note5 and continue with the wonderful experience that Samsung Galaxy series provides to their customers. I highly recommend it to folks to try it and see for themselves.

So far I love my Samsung Note 5. When I bought mine I was not able to get the Best Buy 250 gift card or Best Buy Samsung 32 in TV for purchasing the product. Not happy about that!!!! Black Friday when I purchased.

I waited for the note 7 but had to cancel my order because of the recall. I decided to go with the note 5, wanted 64gigs but they were sold out on bb.com. i got 32 gigs. I upgraded from the verizon galaxy5 and theres some features i wish this had, such as the text message delay feature, crop photos, copy phone numbers and paste them so you dont have to try to memorize the number from one screen to the next. The one thing I absolutely hate from both phones was that when you are on a 3 way call and want to hang up with one person, it ends both calls and your forced to call back. Overall, its an ok phone. Havent had any issues so far.

Phone is really good and I know Best Buy had nothing to do with the way the phones are purchased now, but signing a finance agreement in order to purchase a phone is over the top in my opinion. Again, nothing on Best Buy, as this was my first time buying from them and it was truly simple.

Love this phone. big screen, great for videos and internet. very thin and light. love the note pen and long battery life

been waiting for the note 5 to get here. very happy with this phone. the only thing i do not like is the glass on the back. the phone is a finger print magnet. that's about the only problem i have with this phone.

I love the size of the screen and the speed of the phone. I upgraded my phone to this model and have been very happy.

When it comes to cell phones, I am very very picky. This phone is amazing in every way. It charges very very fast and is very powerful. If you want a nice phone you won't regret buying, then get the note 5.

big clear screen really good battery life getting the stylus out with the otterbox on the phone is a small hassle

Many features to like...responsive, screen clarity and size, great apps, high quality camera...the list goes on!

I was referred to my Samsung Note 5 by my barber, she told me with being a truck delivery driver this phone would be a great investment. I can honestly say that she's RIGHT... So "kudos" to her... So my 4-star rating is only because I just purchased the phone only two days ago...

This is a good up grade for someone who is used to smart phones but wants a few more features. It has minor issues but most go away with a reboot. I don't like that you can not expand the memory by adding an SD card.

This is absolutely the best phone I have ever owned!

My first smart phone purchase. Great looking and no complaints. As a first time user, it took some getting used to but the Best Buy Sales Person was there to help with my questions. The $49.00 price would be difficult to beat for this great phone PLUS also received the Two Week Best Buy Trial Period to make sure I had made the correct decision. Just did not want to spend $600 to $800 as a first time user because this one does all that I need it to do.

Easy to use. Love the pen. All kinds of neat apps are available including one for a pulse. Gotta love that!

I bought this phone to replace my husband's phone that was not working anymore. So far he is very satisfied with this device and the features available. He highly recommends it to his friends.

Gets a good signal. The camera is great. I like the ability to write myself notes with the stylus and memo.
