I previously had the Note 3, which I liked just fine right up until it started freaking out on me. It eventually just died and never responded again. The Note 5 is full featured and I love that I could still get a phone with a stylus. I use the new fingerprint feature and Samsung Pay. LOVE it! I like being able to quickly see what apps are open and I really like being able to have more than one "window" open simultaneously.

I love my new note 5. It's much easier to use than the Thunder Bolt I had as well as to see.

I upgraded fromantic a note 2. This things is amazing by comparison. New functionality took a little time to get use to, but I'm so glad I have stuck with it. Absolutely love it.

My best feature is the multi tasking function that allows to use multiple items at once, its fast and enough storage for me at 32gb

Upgrading from a Note 3, Note 5 is still the best phone the market, after underwhelming phones being released this year under the verizon umbrella. Only complaint is battery life, since i heavily use my phone. The wired charge is still quite good.

The phone gets great reception, great for taking pictures and apps are easily downloaded. Great phone overall

as said, it takes better pictures than my old iphone5s. and I enjoyed the s-pen so much.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and was worried about the size and weight, but it is no problem and I can even use it one handed.

This phone is easy to use and the operating system is excellent.i replaced my Samsung note 2.Initially found it a little difficult but after a few days I got the hang of it.

Great phone. Love the features and benefits that come alone with it. However, like most phones, the screen is much too fragile. I haven't yet purchased a screen protector, and I have minor scratches on the screen just from my denim pocket.

My old phone failed me so I needed a new phone fast. I wanted something stylish and feature rich. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been nearly perfect. The only negative is that did does not sllow web access while using talking on the phone.

Super fast ram memory, awesome resolution on the screen and fantastic look....definitely the best Samsung Galaxy I love it

I have been waiting for this phone for over a year. Moving from a note 3 to note 5 is great. I love all the upgrades. I have purchased an OTG 64 GB USB which works great.

love the phone didn't like that I informed best buy rep I wanted warranty on this phone to find out a month later I did not have any coverage though best buy or Verizon.
