Love Samsung products! Big screen and plenty of memory. Stylus is very handy.

No complaints about the Note 5 yet. Love the finger print scanner for security. The quick open camera is wonderful and has come in handy a ton of times. So far so good.

This phone is the New TOP phone in my household among the 4 of us. The only thing I've come across that I would change is the reintroduction of the ability to use the infrared remote at the top of the phone. Other than that, it's Great.

fast processor and 4gb ram let you switch between apps without delay. camera is great.

Layout is similar to Note3, with cleaner lines and an incredibly bright display. Stylus has popped out on its own, but overall I am satisfied with this upgrade. If you liked previous phones in the Note line, this one won't disappoint!

The note 5 external speaker is located at the bottom of the cell phone and it is not as loud as my S4 galaxy. The phone works well with a pair of ear buds.this was an extra expense.

It's been about a year since I got my phone and it's worked well, no issues. My wife got an iphone 6 around the same time, and we had to replace her screen twice already. I dropped mine multiple times and no issues (knock on wood). It's a good, sturdy design and very nice looking. Only bad thing is that the stylus can't be used for most programs, so don't let that be the deciding factor.

Love being able to make a quick note/reminder. Size is a tiny bit larger, but for me, that makes it harder to drop. The functions are a little different than my old Galaxy, so there's a small learning curve, but nothing outrageous.

The phone is everything I thought it would be and more. The sales person who helped me was Known legible & very helpful

Missing some of the flagship amenities that previous models have but still a powerhouse overall. Missing the IR blaster most of all. Early versions shipped with flawed front facing cameras but have since been rectified. Great phone.

I LOVE this phone! The picture quality is incredible and has so many features. We were debating whether to go back to Apple but are glad we chose this phone!

This phone is very useful for many things. It is really helping me stay organized. It's easy to navigate and pretty fast. The screen resolution is great. Once I figure out all the features, I believe I will love this phone!

I have always carried an iPhone and have been very hestiate to stray but glad I did. The user classes that Best Buy offer have made my transition very easy.
