Would buy it again. Have no problem with size, easy to handle.

Works as advertised, the stylus stores and uses very easily.

Bought phone Middle of December 2015 and Im already having trouble with the phone. Won't read sim card even after went to get new sim card. Phone always restarts. It's a hastle. Then I went to change since I had bought insurance through geek squad and that in itself was stressful nobody could help me. Finally one best buy employee help me after speaking with store manager. But why does it have to take a manager involve to get things done.

I love this phone and got a killer deal with BestBuy. From this day forth I will only buy from Best Buy in reference to cell phones and tablets. The phone itself it fantastic. Great for seniors who cannot see well it comes with a magnified option.

I had a note 3 before. Thought I'd try the note 5 because of my success using my old note 3.

The note 5 is the fastest phone I have had by far I have had every note and countless others. Only suggestion is for everyone to read the user guides there are a lot of neat things this phone can do if you read into it that makes things so easy

Amazing battery for about 2 weeks. Slowly starting to fade. Should've gotten the turbo 2.

I am a HUGE fan of Samsung. With that being said I just found out if you lose the stylus, the phone has to be shipped back to Samsung for it to be replaced. Not at all happy with this being that i found this out a month after the purchase. That info would have been helpful in the price point. If this major problem could have been avoided by a simple "buy a new one" at the store it would definitely merit 5 stars.

This is my third phone in the Note series. It is again a good product from Samsung. I'm glad the internal memory is fairly large, at least compared to my wife's iPhone, because they removed the memory card option this go around :(.

Recently I bought it, quick rechargeable phone. However battery are unexpected.

Phone is ok but at times is slow and freezes. At times pen doesn't work.

So far the product has held out given the extensive use I make of it.

It's an awesome phone It upgraded as soon as I turned it on now it has all the Note 7 software works great love the stylus pen and with a good case and a screen protector this phone should last a long time

this is an excellent device. only replaced by the next generation. but if you don't want to spend on the next generation this model still fills the role.

After 2 weeks, I now have an irritating virus that I can't shake.

I was truly excited to purchase this phone. The S Pen is a nice feature and phone has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I returned the phone due to poor battery life. Perhaps I just purchased one with a defective battery.

Taking the advise from the awsome and knowledgeable employees at my store that this honey would suit my needs I bought the note5. Awsome ph totally happy with it and still learning all I do with it.
