    I upgraded from the note 4 and it was a great decision. All the new features make it a great upgrade. Only downside is that there's no external memory or removable battery

    I'm glad that we purchased this phone. My only complaint is that we have a bluetooth compatibility issue in the car now after an update. Other than that it's great.

    I owned an S5 before this purchase. The functionality is different. Having trouble with download and synching. It will take time, but I will learn to use my Note 5.
