I purchased the Note 5 for my wife as an upgrade to her phone. Almost exactly one month later, the unit completely failed. We took it to Best Buy, and were essentially told - "not our problem". We had passed the 14 day replacement period, so all they would do was refer us to the Samsung warranty. Even in the Samsung store within Best Buy they refused to offer any assistance. Looks like Samsung will be supporting the service, but sending the unit away and being without it for up to 8 weeks (per Best Buy) is pretty disappointing. Very bad experience that has really turned me off from my previous reliance on Best Buy as a technology retailer, and Samsung as a technology provider.

The worst thing about this phone is i can't make calls and surf the Web at the same time. I don't know if it's my carrier or what. ..

I have increased the volume, and still find the volume needs more modification. I would prefer a device with greater volume.

This phone is great!!! Fast processor, easy to use and the pen makes it fun and exiting to use. The s pen features alone are worth it however the Gold color makes it even better

Overall, this product is worth the price. Just be careful with the deals offered.

Have always been pretty happy with Samsung phones GS3 and GS5 previously. The Note 5 is hands down the BEST mobile device I have ever owned. Battery life is AMAZING and the calls are always clear. Great pics, video and overall functionality. Was worried about the size at first (insert inappropriate TWSS joke here), but fits perfectly in my pocket. Glad I made the decision to upgrade to this phone. (Pats self on back)

Battery doesnt stay charged as long as other phones i have had. Seems to glitch alot!

The one issue that I have had, is that it is hard to find any cases for this phone.

I recently made the switch from Apple products (Mac/iPhone) to PC/Android and the Note 5 was the best part of that process. Once I got used to the new interface setup I was ready to explore. All of the features that the Note 5 brings (S Pen primarily) are much more useful than anything Apple has come up with. The 3D touch is cool, but it isn't worth paying an arm and a leg more for an iPhone. Also you can get this in 32gb unlike the new 6s iPhones which come in 16gb (useless) and 64gb (too much for the average person). If you are a person that likes to be as productive as possible at the greatest convenience this is the phone for you!

This phone freezes a lot and also it gets very hot

I owned one of the first Samsung Galaxy phones and fell in love. But being a woman of limited foresight, when I changed plans, I let a friend talk me into a Blackberry... yes, I know... Anyway, since then, I've not only regretted that move, because affording a new model was difficult, but the world of cell phones grew faster than I. But now, Sprint made owning this cutting edge phone an affordable reality. This is the best phone I've ever experienced. It's fast, the camera is great, the size is perfect and the 32G memory? It's A DREAM! I love the Samsung Galaxy Note5. America is in for a pleasant surprise.

Best Buy ordered the phone for me since they had run out of the Note 5s. Unfortunately, I received a dead phone in the mail, but luckily BB exchanged it for me for an s7 edge they did have in stock....and I love it!

beautiful 5'7 inch screen with a shiny gold color. feels very sleek in your hand thinner than my coworkers note 4. love the stylus and the new android 5.1.1 plenty of space with 32g and 4g of ram.i give the samsung employees at best buy a 3 out of 5

I bought this phone for my husband and later realized that this phone does not have the video chat app

Phone started to glitch out on the next day Had to return fir a different phone Had lots of problems with the Best Buy return policy even though within 14 days at one store very bad costumer service (Burnsville mn) then went to s different store treated right (apple valley mn)
