I love this phone. So much faster than my Note 4 and also so much thinner. The only two things I did not like about the phone was that the battery was not removable and that you could not expand the memory with a SD card.

OK let me say this in the simplest way possible, I was a die hard apple lover but I decided to get this instead of the iphone 6s even though I loved my 6 plus. I could not he happier, I can sit here all day and talk about how amazing the phone is but I just don't have the time, if you never used an android phone or used one along time ago I honestly suggest you consider this phone, I promise you won't be disappointed and if you are then best buy has an amazing return policy.

I love everything about this phone. the multitasking capabilities to the s pen. I use this phone for work school and for my entertainment and it hasn't disappointed.

Going from an IPhone to anot Android is scary but I LOVE this phone. I use it for personal and work life. It fits all of my needs without being overly complicated.

The camera and the screen on this phone are awesome!! The camera takes the best pics for a smartphone I've ever seen. The screen is super bright and crystal clear!

I researched this phone before i got it , there weren't a lot of reviews at the time . I still wanted it i love everything about this phone i could not be happier

Being that I am in school this was a great investment as I am able to work on school projectson my phone and just email them to myself. No need to carry a laptop.

Best battery life I have had on a phone in a long time. Great decision on taking away the removable battery feature.

I love taking pictures and this phone very nice ones. I love the editing features this phone has. The phone quality is really nice and has easy to use features.

I have alway been a samsung customer, but this is my first note series phone. Not being able to have a replaceable battery is a non issue with the rapid charger that it comes with. A micro sd slot would of been nice, but 32 gb is plenty of room, and i have a usb adapter that i hook a flash drive up to watch movies. The display is awsome for playing movies on the go. No need to carry around a tablet.

I've had a few Samsung Galaxy Notes and finally upgraded to the Note 5, and it's just an Awesome Phone All Around!!!!! The redesigned S-Pen work great for work.

I broke my old phone and waited 2 months for the Note 5 to be released. Coming from a Note 2 to a 5 is a great improvement. The graphics and speed are excellent.

I LOVE THIS PHONE! I was unsure as to what phone I wanted exactly. I actually made 2 trips to the store before choosing. After getting great knowledgeable details, options and opinions that met MY needs is what made me make the choice of this Galaxy Note 5, and go back the next day to get, not just 1 but 2 (My mom loves hers too!)!! I have been with my carrier for over 10 years, and have ALWAYS went through Best Buy for my phone purchases after my first experience at least 8 years ago. Even my accessories and I just switched to Geek Squad insurance coverage after sales rep explained the benefits that I never took the time to read, I realized it was not just cheaper than what my carrier charged me monthly, but offered so much more coverage. AND, I thought this was Another Awesome customer service Perk that again my rep told me about, Best Buy offers Instructional Classes to help you get the most benefits and understanding of your Smartphone! (Sounds like a commercial, but my carrier doesn't offer this!) The cellphone area is usually swamped, but organized, and you would never know how busy it is when its your turn! I didn't feel rushed, and that means a lot to me as a customer/shopper. I value the recommendations and that is why I keep going back and send friends and family in there for the same experience that I am confident they will appreciate as well.

If you have the Note 4 you won't be disappointed when upgrading to the Note 5. People are complaining that Samsung went backwards with not having expandable memory or a removable battery but there are ways around it. Having a portable battery charger and using the cloud service it comes with will solve that problem. The build of the phone is a lot better than the Note 4, the glass back and aluminum trim gives this phone a premium feel to it. Makes it a lot easier to spend that 300-400 dollars for the phone compared to the cheap fake leather feel. Highly recommend upgrading to the Note 5.

This galaxy note 5 is nice. It's NOT oversized nor bulky. Sleek and sophisticated is what I call it. The battery actually last long and the it charges fast.

I upgraded from a galaxy 5 to this note 5. I wasn't interested in the note 4. I have a friend with one and has a lot of problems with it. So far the note 5 has been great. I still haven't used all the features yet.

I love Samsung. It was an i phone or another Samsung and i am very happy with my choice. Easy to use and has so many cool features. Only thing i could complain about is the front camera isn't as clear as I'd like.

Great phone w/ great camera. Love the Microsoft apps. Charges fast and downloads are fast. Love the stylus pen.

I would of give the Note 5 a higher rating but because there is no extra sd card memory to add to like the old notes i have to give it 4 stars. This phones only flaw is that it doesn't have external memory chip.

Going from an S3 to this was already a big jump, but having used other friends iPhone 6 and Note 4s, this blows both of them away. Multiple apps running and no slow down with 4GB of RAM. I was wary of there being no SD card, but for the time being 32GBs is enough for me. Handset feels very well built. Sound quality is fantastic, though I imagine that would vary on what network you are on.
