Besides app pop ups on my phone its a good phone. Camera is way better than the S5

I upgraded from samsung s6 and i could not be any happier. This is the first time i have purchasrd or used a note series phone. I like the screen size and it has great battery life.

The phone is very easy to use even for a novice. Had no problema wuth the phone.

I love the many versatile applications you use with the Galaxy Note5. I am pleased to find that the keys are light to touch which is important to me since I am not very good at using phone keys. The sync application is a great tool to combine and be able to access all your information from different devices.

I absolutely love this phone. The only thing is that fingerprint will stop working for no reason. My husband had to reset his to factory settings because he forgot his passcode, I had to use my google email to reset. Make sure you don't forget your google email/passcode or you will lose your photos...

I am happy with my choice of the Galaxy Note 5. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. The only drawback is the inability to add storage with a mini SD card as I had with the Note 3.

Got this for my wife and she loves it. She's not very techy and doesn't seem to have trouble using it. Very large screen. Cool having the stylus, although I don't think she ever uses it.

This phone is amazing. Its like having a computer in your pocket. The s pen is so handy to make notes on the go. The file system is easy to manage and the processors can not be stumped.

The phone has many great features to the size and the great quality of the pictures the phone takes. The phone is a nice size for surfing the internet and storage. Easy phone to love.

I had a Note 2, Note 4, and now a Note 5. I've always have liked the Notes.

I'm happy with my new phone but am still experiencing the same problem I had with my note 4. When I'm talking on my phone the screen is suppose to go black and not allow you to make changes. However, most of the time i'm deleting stuff and making changes on my phone while my face is touching screen. I can't wait until they decide to fix this problem. Otherwise, Happy with phone,

Way easier than the iPhone you can download anything without having to enter a password all the time I love the phone and all the features on it love how the pictures come out

I bought this product thinking it was going to be far superior to my old S4. I can't make call and search the web for products. I can't be on the phone & try to l [k up another person's info. This is the first time I feel I got the wrong phone.

wireless charger doesn't charge well, fingerprint access doesn't work well

I enjoyed how easy it was to learn the advanced features of the Note 5.

Bought this for family members they are always on it works great for them

It handles date and email and everything else just fine and I love the stylus. I alos love the convenience of fingerprint ID. The downside is that they have glass against metal instead of plastic against metal like in my Galaxy Note 3. The first week I had it it fell out of my pocket and stopped working. My old Note 3 fell many times for over two years and never broke.

Bought this phone for my wife. She's currently active duty military and she finds new and different ways to use her Note 5 as part of her job. She loves the S-pen, the display and the overall build quality of the phone. We both recommend investing in a quality case and screen protector.
