hard to switch from iphone

Enjoying the phone not happy with customer service

I went during the $200 best buy gift card with a trade in promotion. The rep told me I had 2 weeks to trade my phone in since I didn't have my phone I was planning on trading in with me. I went back a week later and was told the promotion ended and nothing could be done since the rep gave me the wrong info. I will more than likely not do another trade in through best buy.

Screen just went black
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the second phone that i had purchased from best buy with sprint as the carrier this phone also has problems with the key pad and pin pads on applications also you could not set up a security passcode as per the phone would lock you out of the phone same problem as the first samsung note 5 that i purchased on the same plan also the screen went black and will not turn back on the phone was never dropped and was cased at all times this was a terrible buy that i would never recommend i have tried to reach out the sprint best buy and samsung and keep getting the run around from them they do not stand behind the products they sell what a shame do not buy this product
