This phone is replacing my Note 2. I thought that was a great phone but this is just more refined. I never want to be without it. I no longer carry a purse ....this phone eliminates the need for all the junk I used to put in it......now if it could just brush my hair and touch up my makeup.

Love new large screen. Still learning features. Staff at Elon Best Buy was wonderful. Associates were very friendly and helpful. Loved the individual attention that I received from Brianna. She was very knowledgeable about the products and able to answer any questions that I had. She was able to get everything switched over to my new phone while we had a very pleasant conversation. Most enjoyable experience. And I love my new phone too.

I debated between the Note 5 and the Galaxy 6 + because I like the larger size. Decided on the Note because it afforded the ability to jot down ideas, lists, etc, so I don't have to carry anything else for that. So far have loved it! The camera is fantastic and the note ability has done exactly what I needed and wanted it to do. I am very pleased.

Dont get an Apple which breaks get the NOTE 5. I had the Note 2 previously and I wanted to upgrade and I love this phone. It is sleep clean and sharp. Everyone noticed the picture quality is also amazing and the phone itself is very fast as well. Highly recommend this phone and I love the pen that comes with it. Just to let you know you will either use the pen a lot or not use it at all it all depends on what you use the phone for.

We were eligible for an upgrade and started looking for phones, decided on the larger format and since we had the Galaxy before and were very happy with it decided to stay with Samsung - very happy with the phone and the stylus use a a small tablet - great functionality and a great device HATE the greedy Verizon upgrade fee and Verizon's speed and coverage have fallen WAY down of late, but that's the carrier, not the device.

Samsung got this phone right. good battery life s pen is nice

Great phone! I have nothing negative to say. The screen is big and bright and it processes fast!

I'm not really a power user, I typically have 50%+ battery life left by the end of the day, but battery life seems to be on par with my previous Galaxy S5. Responsiveness of the phone/applications is noticeably quicker compared to the S5 as is call quality and voice recognition. Even YouTube video play back is smoother and clearer. The NFC tap to sync upgrade feature was a great time saver for upgrading from the S5 to the Note5.

Improvement over the last version of the Note. Fast speed and great screen quality!

This phone work fantastic I had an iPhone5 before and I switched to this phone i was experiencing problem with the I phone every up date they did seemed to bring a new set of problem with it this made me mad as I had an iPhone 4 before and did not experience any problems with it at all so far this phone been great love the note pad feature with pen I write books and it great when I come up with a thought to write it down

Great phone! not too big, easy-to-navigate has all the functions you'll ever need tons of apps.

The Note 5 is a huge upgrade from my Galaxy S3. Super fast beautiful picture and sleek design.
