The Note 5 didn't disappoint. The S pen is the biggest selling point to me and the added S pen features like screen off notes and action memos improve upon my Note 2

I went from a Note 3 to the 5, its much faster and works a lot better. You can't take the battery out like the older models but its not a big deal. I would choose this over the iPhone 6 Plus.

This is one of the best phone. I was really happy with Galaxy Note 3 and never thought it could be better. But this Galaxy Note 5 is not cpmparable with Note 3. unbeliverable. Good job Samsung

The camera on this phone is amazing, the s pen takes some getting used to, once I did I found myself using it more often. Plenty of ram to keep this piggies moving along with no lag or stutter.

Overall excellent cell phone, camera and Internet. Voice recognition perfect and camera is the best I have ever used In a cell phone. I no longer rely on my I pad as this phone can do it all.

Got this version of the note 5 for mom. She has only asked a few questions about it since it runs the same as the Galaxy S5 she had before this. Overall she's very please with the screen size.

I use my device for work, very easy to use, and I love it. I had been a Samsung owner from way back, but went to the other side for a while, and am so glad I did come back! I'll never leave...

What a stunning elegant phone. Not only gorgeous to look at but what a pleasure to own. You can customize exactly to your liking and the S pen what a bonus. How did i ever live without it.

Great phone - love the S Pen options! Only reason not giving it 5 stars is due to battery drain seems more rapid than I anticipated. This is my 1st Samsung phone.

Dislike not having replaceable battery. Dislike no SD card...seems like a ploy on the part of Android to load your device with data (which could be stored on an SD card) thus using G 's in the Google cloud...you will eventually have to buy Google cloud storage just to have some documents, photos, and a few videos on your phone. Typing so sensitive, it creates errors. Fewer widgets available...the weather widget on my Note II much better. There was no widget for individual direct texting...finally, after a lot of time wasted, found an app I had to download. Some of my purchased apps don't work as well now. Could not get rid of the pre-loaded contact groups that I don't use. Waste a lot of time having to scroll through them. Very limited to the length of notes that are a part of a contact...serious problem! There are a number of features that you can no longer customize to make the phone more efficient for those who really work the phone as opposed to using it for a media toy. Camera better, but seriously, make no mistake a phone camera is no replacement for a real camera...phone works for downloading digital photos online...but you never know when you might want a real printed photograph...then you see the major difference. Samsung & Verizon need to take a look back to the Note II...the phone that even people in the phone industry say was the best Note developed. I have been waiting for a replacement of my Note II...I am now looking at an Apple and an LG. Such a loss from someone who was totally loyal to my Note II and would tout it against any phone. I guess Samsung and Verizon don't value the serious phone user...if I want to view any serious media and take photos I will do it on a large screen and use my Nikon 810. Positive note...Best Buys has proven many times to be the best retailer for electronic devices...great prices, knowledgeable staff, and great customer support!

I have purchased many phones in my life time. The Samsung 4G has been my favorite. This phone is user friendly and does everything I require plus more. I never plan on trading this one in.

Great screen. Fast processor. My problem is getting used to the Android format after several iphones. Overall this phone does as well as my iPhone and has the added benefit of a larger screen and a stylus.

I had the Note 3 and my wife has the Note 4. The camera is a definite improvement over those two phones.

Purchased this phone the day afer the release and I am impressed with all the new features it has. Even though you can't put an SD card to maximize your storage it is not a problem to me.

I find this phone easy to use. I am already more comfortable with it than the phone I have had for the last two years. I have a lot to learn but it isn't hard to learn with this phone.

All the features are superior to all others. Lack of SD card and replaceable battery is not an issue for me, but I do understand the concern of others. It will be an individual decision.

Better than iphone! The phone is basically about you You customize based on your preference I love the pen, it makes life so much easier It's more than just a phone Its a multi-tasker

I am very satisfied with the note 5. The speed of the phone is excellent and the camera takes awesome photos. The only small drawback is the weight of the phone, a little too heavy.

Bought this phone because a friend of mine had the Note 4 and she loved it. . I am very impressed with this phone overall! It has excellent battery life and I have no complaints!
