We have owned Note 3, Note 4 and now Note 5. We love these phones! Easy to use! Good camera! Highly recommend!

I am in love with this phone! Went from s4 to the note 5 and love the big screen. Love the pen function. Love being able to multi task. So far nothing I do not like other than there is not many cases in the store for this phone.

(SAMSUNG NOTE 5) Could not believe the precise handling, ability to multitask, and ease of operation that comes with a perfect hand size smartphone! Love the phone off note pad! Still trying out the rest of the phone, however to date extremely well pleased! Each day is like opening up a new present when moving on toward further operations of my Samsung Note 5. Just all around very well pleased. Now this is what I would call an improvement into the next generations of Samsung smartphones! Please keep up the great work Samsung team, and don't change your momentum. Please do try to work on the battery issue though. San disk port would be a plus, but I do see the reasoning if.the buyer on average is trading up every two to three years. Well that's it for now. Thank you again Samsung!

So far I've had my phone for three weeks and I'm loving it! It takes incredible pictures and videos. I recently came back from Disneyland and the pics/vids I took were so clear and the colors so vivid. The speakers on this phone are outstanding when listening to music. Only downside I'm experiencing so far is that I'm having trouble receiving group text messages from some Apple users, which I'll need to make a call in to Samsung for tech support.

I love this phone. I thought I would hate the size of the phone at first but I absolutely love it now. I also didn't think I would use the stylus as much as I do, but it is great for websites that are not mobile friendly.

I migrated to the Note 5 from the Note II, so the learning curve was steep. Lots of changes, some good, some not. The new spring-loaded S-Pen stylus is more secure and less prone to falling out and getting lost, but the S-Pen now has different functions. The clustering of apps in folders is a nice organizational tool, but you have to comb through them all to find your apps at first. Who knew Netfilx would fall under the Amazon apps folder? My carrier is Verizon, so a number of Verizon apps supplanted the old Samsung apps as the default (Messaging, Voicemail, etc.), and I haven't figured out how to make the Samsung versions--which are still there--the primary, particularly the Voicemail. The Note 5 looks narrower than the Note II, so it gives the illusion of being easier to handle, but in reality it is the same width and about 1/4-inch taller. I found the Note II to be large enough to use for many functions, but on the cusp of being too bulky to carry on my hip; the Note 5 feels a little more unwieldy with the extra length.

My last three phones have all been Samsung. I love what they do with the phones, and the Note 5 is no exception! The processor is fast, the camera takes amazing photos, and it has no problems utilizing the 4g data speed!

This Galaxy Note 5 is an all in one phone with so many packed in features and big screen you will never want to put it down . I am very happy with my new phone and all the exciting applications that are available to me.

This is my first smart phone. There is a lot to learn about it. I chose this phone because of the excellent cameras. I have not been disappointed with them. Samsung has eliminated the ability to have extra storage via an SD card. That is ok with me since I will download my pictures to my computer.

I have been using Samsung Galaxy for the last four years and now try to move to Note 5. I love the big screen and the stylus. The staff at Best Buy helped me tremendously in getting this product. Thank you so much

My wife wanted a new phone, bigger screen, etc. When she realized that the Note came with a stylus. She was sold. The phone itself is a solid phone. She has not complained once since getting it. Thank you Samsung.

This was my daughter in laws upgrade, she went from the note 3 to the note 5 . Same easy to learn features much faster processor and takes crispy clear photos.

I bought this phone a couple days after black Friday. Previously I owned the Samsung S5. Both are excellent phones, but I would give a slight edge to the Note5. I love the camera, good battery life, larger size.

There are way too many good things to share about this phone and people don't usually bother reading long reviews! I've researched/read a ton of reviews/comparaisons throughout websites and videos from professional techs to the regular owners of this phone before deciding to purchase this phone. I also watched a long video of about 1 hour and a half which was just an intro on what this phone can do and how to use it. I had to make sure I wouldn't be lost in the new technology's world with a complicated phone which actually is truly easy to use and so logical that it was just like breathing to use it. I have to say that I am STILL impressed by its battery life! 2 days of regular use (day and night) without having to charge it!!! Quick notes on the screen at work are such a great help. But anyway, watch videos about this phone. It won't be a waste of time. The note 6 is about to come out, but hey, how could the note 5 be an antique while so well designed?! If the note 8 was about to come out I would then understand but how much of a difference can an upgrade be from 1 year to the other? Lol. Not much of it besides a hiked up price. It is for you to decide. This phone is very good looking, practical, and most of it fast/reliable. Photos are beautiful and crisp. Videos are a lot of fun. Plenty of ram and so none of this slows down its efficiency. I'm simply very happy with my note 5.

This is a great phone. I love the big screen size. The S pen is a great feature. You can take pictures and write on them or circle something on them if you need to. My family has owned the Note 2,3,4 and 5.

I absolutely love my Samsung Note 5. The battery life is good, and I love all the updated features. I love the writing pen and how easy it is to write with. It's a great phone. I highly recommend this phone.

Even though the screen is huge, it's a great phone. I'm a little disappointed that there aren't more features to utilize the big screen. Take advantage of the spen! There are great features with this pen!

I purchased my phone at the Oswego location and i highly recommend them as there employees are well trained and very helpful. It is a great phone its speed is great and the camera is better than the iphone 6

I love this phone! It is very fast and easy to use. It syncs very well with Google products, and has a nice weight and isn't too big to use. Battery doesn't last more than a day if you are a heavy user.

Been using for a couple months without any problems. Excellent sound quality and reception, plenty of internal memory and streams Rhapsody music at the highest bit-rate without dropage. I've always purchased Motorola cells but the Galaxy Note's ability to write notes with the included stylus got me to switch. I'm a psychologist and I'm often on call and I always get calls where I need to write down a phone number and of course never have anything to write on or with...the Galaxy Note5 solves the problem. Love the phone and it's features-well worth the switch.
